He was honest and patient, and gave me space to be myself and figure out what works best for me. There was no stress or nonsense, I was never once overwhelmed during the process. He made it simple and smooth. He brought the Mustang out of the showroom for me to test drive, and I told him I need to think about it, and the next day I scheduled a time with him to purchase. The car was spotless and ready to go. He thoroughly explained how to use all the technology in the car as well, which is incredibly appreciated. George Wall Ford Lincoln review
Great job. Fixed what was wrong and my Explorer is back on the road with no issues. This was the first vehicle I ever went start to finish on ALL maintenance with the dealership. In this case: a different Ford dealership I will call “Harry’s” Ford; from purchase until now. Don’t let anyone tell you all dealerships are the same. Every Service appointment was an issue at “Harry’s” Ford. Wait for weeks, claim items weren’t under warranty, upsell, “warn” you there would be future unrelated problems down the road and in the latest case: describing a disaster scenario over the phone in which they claimed they are moths out on the repairs I was describing. What? Without even doing a diagnostic check? Well that was the final straw for “Harry’s”. I called George Wall Ford and the difference was night and day. My service needs were met. I am on the road. All you could ask for in a Dealership friendly, organized, thorough and efficient.
