My salesperson Luis,was pleasant. He explained they couldn't make an offer on my trade because of its age. I was told to sell it privately. The next day I checked back to start a cash purchase of my dream car. I was told someone had placed a deposit on this car. I didn't know I had an option to do that! My mistake!
