New and used 2026 Ford Explorer for sale near Troy, MI

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

Car driver seat was serviced. Service Advisor was friendly and knowlegeable. I intend on using this dealership for vehicle maintenance and service because of this 1st visit (ordered the works) and the second visit (warranty repair of faulty stitching on drivers seat).

Everyone was inviting and helpful. Charlie Green assisted me throughout the process and was extremely knowledgeable and made everything easy!

From the first greeting on the phone with Ivas, to all the communication following the purchase, he was great. Everything was smooth, transparent, and the asking price was already a great price, especially compared to the dealers in my area. While waiting for my 2024 edge to get a oil change and tire rotation I purchased a new car. I Now have a 2026 escape .
