We’re back again! A few months ago, we stopped into Wickstrom Auto Group, but at that time, the car we were considering didn’t quite meet our needs. Alex and Rob were great—never pushy and never trying to sell us something just for the sake of making a sale. Alex repeatedly emphasized that he didn’t want us to end up with a car we didn’t truly like or might regret later, which we really appreciated. Fast forward two months, and we were still in the market. Wickstrom had a few options available, so my wife and I went back, took our time reviewing them, and test drove several vehicles. In the end, we found the perfect fit—an Explorer with towing capacity that will suit our needs for years to come. Alex and Rob really came through. They were knowledgeable, patient, customer-focused, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. We’ll definitely be returning to Wickstrom for future vehicle needs. I needed a Ford dealership to take care of a couple of recall notices on a 2023 Bronco I purchased used from a non Ford dealership a year ago. I had received a brochure from Hawk Ford in St.Charles, Illinois, and decided to give them a try. To make a long story short, customer service arranged for a pickup of my vehicle at my home the very next day as well as a more than reasonable time frame for the repair, and then delivered my vehicle back to my home about a half hour ahead of the originally scheduled time frame. Because of the fact that I needed recall repair work, there was no charge for either the pickup and delivery, or the actual repairs.The courtesy and customer service extended to me actually left.me speechless. All I have left to say is, I now have a Ford dealership I can rely on. Thanks again Hawk Ford.
