Working with Twin Pine was a great experience. Bruce was very helpful and did not make us feel pressured at all. Adam was also very helpful with going through all the paperwork. I would highly recommend working with Twin Pine.

Dante was awesome. Would recommend over and over again. From start to finish, him and his team worked hard to get the price I needed. Completely honest which is rare these days. I drove from two hours away and will routinely get my service done there just because of them.

Started servicing at Lehighton Ford after moving to a new area. In spite of having not owning a Ford, the service department at Lehighton Ford ensured that they could handle all of my needs and delivered. Service was efficient and everything was done right. Lehighton Ford review
Disregard my previous review, it was entered in error. Lehighton Ford is exceptional in customer service. From the minute they called me, to the minute I stepped in the door, their attention was solely on me and what needs I had to make my experience positively memorable. The deal that they gave me was awesome! They worked with me to determine a course of action that was attainable and functional for me. All I can say is, Lehighton Ford made my wishes come true for upgrading my Lexus RX 350.

Great NEW car purchase experience! No pressure, no hassle, no complications, no harassment, and best of all no bull%#@% Purchased additional Ford accessories through parts, arrived within a day and installed immediately before I took delivery. Hank was pleasant, engaging and efficient as was the finance person - Troy. Other staff I interacted with was respectful and helpful. Even the manager (the who comes to beat you up - JUST KIDDING) was professional. When it's time to purchase again we will be back!

Ourisman Ford of ManassasReviews
Ourisman Ford of Manassas review
On August 28 I bought a 2026 Ecoboost Mustang in Adriatic Blue to replace my 2017 that was need of major repair. I worked with Dean Orbell, who made the experience quick and easy. A few days later I noticed a small ding on the passenger door, and Ourisman took the car in for repair. Unfortunately the body shop left the car with the door removed out in the elements and that evening we had a terrible thunderstorm which caused the passenger compartment to be flooded. Unfortunately this was heading into Labor Day and I couldn’t get the problem resolved until the following Tuesday. I worked again with Dean, Abraham and Cesar to get into a replacement Mustang. While it was an upsetting situation with the body shop, the team at Ourisman corrected the problem and made me very satisfied. I have to give special recognition and thanks to Dean for his professionalism and support in getting me into a new car. I would most certainly buy another car from Dean.
