I placed an order for a 2021 F250 Tremor with all the options I was looking for. Unfortunately due to COVID it took forever to get the truck deliviered but no fault of the dealer. Once delivered they made the process of delivery and finance simple. No surprises!

Price Ford of Simi Valley review
I’ll start by saying that everyone I’ve met at Price Ford has been professional and respectful, therefore, I only deducted one star in my rating. However, I was very disappointed with the Service Dept. ~4 months ago I purchased a new 2026 Raptor R. I love everything about this truck but the battery failed one morning. I called them about it and they offered to send a technician to jump start my truck. Then they called me back and said they couldn’t do this because “concern for potential damage to the “electronics” I had to call Roadside Service to tow my new truck to them. It took the 3 days to diagnose the problem. Really? Charge or, attempt to charge the battery, put a load test on charged battery, if the battery immediately “draws down” it’s a bad battery. Replace the battery, job complete! 3 days? They didn’t prioritize my vehicle commensurate to the level of the $$$ I spent on this truck and for that, I’m very disappointed with the Service Dept. I’ll avoid returning to them whenever I need service in the future.

Haggerty Ford review
Recently visited Haggerty Ford for a routine oil change and post-winter checkup. Activity was completed on time and service department even washed the car for me. John explained the results of my checkup and reduced margin for rear brakes. All was good.

I have worked with Mr Neil Stone twice before, so this past week's was my 3rd transaction with him. Polite, efficient, effortless, trustworthy calm demeanor behind a busy schedule and you are never rushed nor pressured. Loyal to Mr Stone for as long as he's working there!

Thanks to Denis! We just came to see the cars and check the price, and eventually left in a Ford F-150. Denis, you are an amazing manager who knows how not only to interest, but also to take into account all the preferences of the client. In addition, he also became our translator from English to Russian. Denis explained all the details, as a result, everything was clear and transparent to us in this transaction. Thank you, Denis, thanks to you, a working car has appeared in our family. And with the birth of the baby, it became very convenient and more comfortable to have 2 cars in the family. Denis, we wish you great sales, profitable deals and only super customers.
