Just before Christmas, I visited Best Ford. I was looking for a used King Cab pickup truck in decent condition. The salesman, Will, was very professional, in addition to being an outstanding gentleman. I was presented with a 2014 Ford F-150 STX. During their inspection, they discovered a chip in the windshield, and installed a new windshield (no extra charge.) I ended up buying it. I immediately took it on a 2000 mile shake down cruise to visit family for Christmas. It was and is absolutely flawless. I found that it had been VERY well cared for by previous owners, it was in excellent condition. So I've had it now for 2 months. It's a truly excellent vehicle. Based on my experience, I highly recommend Best Ford. I especially recommend Will as a salesman! One caution: have your financing established and in order before buying (unless you plan to use dealer financing.) But that is true with any vehicle purchase from a dealer.

I was greeted by the sales person who had been working with me from day one and I told him I am interested in buying a vehicle that would fit my needs. This person was so determined to make my request a reality that he would call me and inform me that he has located some thing that may fit my needs and he has. He made me feel that he cared about me the customer; than making a sale of the vehicle. He made it his business to offer me a bottle of water and welcome me. I felt his desire to make me want to do business at that establishment and I did. After the sale I complemented him for his diligence and his patience to make sure that I was satisfied with the product price and purchase . By then he handed me over to the financial management after he showed us what that dealership had to offer its customer and everyone was pleasant and professional.
