I was selling my car. They gentleman that helped me (Reggie as I remember) was so kind. He was on point with everything very well versed in his field. More then that he was fun to talk to it was more like having a friend there with me then a car Max employee.
Pleasant young man. When I go shopping for cars I hate high pressure sales pitch people. I was pleasantly surprised that there was no pressure but lots of helpful information. He has called to follow up and still no pressure, but wanted me to remember his name so I wrote it down. I'm not ready to buy now however I'm impressed by his courteous demeanor. I will definitely be back when I'm 100% ready to buy a car. In a way I feel bad I'm not ready to buy the car so I wanted to at least leave a good review, I know most of the time the only reviews are the negative ones and I try to make it a point when I receive good service to point it out and let management know a good impression was made. Routine service on both my Lincoln vehicles went smoothly as expected. The Service department is friendly, competent and knowledgeable. They provided me with expectations of what was going to be done, kept me informed of any additional service needed at that time or in the future and completed the check out process with a thorough explanation. Randy, Sherry, and the whole service and technical crew do an excellent job of keeping my vehicles in great shape.
I am always treated so well when I bring my car in for service here. The service personnel are so very friendly and explain everything they are going to do on you vehicle and keep you posted as to when to expect it to be finished. They waiting area is very nice, with complimentary water and snacks.
We were greeted by Edens at the front door and he welcomed us to sit down and discuss what we wanted. He was very attentive and helped us select the right model for us. He had us test drive the car and explained the interior workings. He answered any questions we had. He was very knowledgeable about the car and we felt very relaxed . We had been to several other dealers but Edens was the best salesman that we had we encountered. The whole process was exceptional.
