I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

I am happy with everything about my explorer. Get good gas mileage and is very comfortable ride. Traded my 2020 for this 2022. Love the color and have gotten lots of compliments.

Everything went smoothly. I received a letter offering to purchase my used CR-V that I purchased at Honda. They gave me close to the max on the letter. Anthony (Nieves-salesperson) was knowledgeable and not pushy and did not rush me. Management was easy to work with as well as Finance.

2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

This is the first explorer that I have owned in nearly 30 years. I am coming from a ram 1500. I am surprised how comfortable this explorer is I’m really enjoying the gas mileage between 21 to 23 in town. I have not taken a trip on the highway yet.

Repair of the crash system on a new Colorado. System failed and was not functioning. I took ithe vehicle to Lucas Chevrolet in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, who trouble shooted the problem, ordered the part and made the repair, with no problems.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. The first vehicle I purchased was from Allentown... There was a major electrical issues with the car so I returned it after a few days.. Another words it was a lemon.. So anyway I saw a car at Plymouth meeting that I liked... The process was easy and smooth they explained everything to me.. I love my new Nissan.. The only thing negative I have to say is they left me with less than a quarter of a tank of gas... I drove 55 Minutes to get this vehicle.. Quarter of a tank of gas will take me a couple blocks... When I purchase my other car at Allentown they filled my tank because I was returning customer and they told me the policy was half a tank... Plymouth meeting wouldn't even give me a half a tank of gas... Very very poor service very very poor management whoever made that up that your let with quarter tank of gas...That is ridiculous... Including myself I have bought two other family members there to buy cars that's awful for returning customer

This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

I Have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and its the only place i let touch my cehicle for maintenance and/or repairs. The staff are always so knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend

Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

Erica from Miller sales beat every dealers out the door price on a new truck and then told me she could beat my credit unions rate. She did by 2.5% and the manager gave me an extra 1000 off for financing through Ford AFTER I was approved at a lower rate. True sales lady that cuts through all the unwanted salesman tactics. Erica knows her job and is supported by an honest manager. Best car buying experience in 20 years and I buy a new vehicle every two years. Finding a service dept that is just as great was the icing on the cake. Mark had my truck prepped exactly as I asked when had my first service done. Miller w Erica has my family's Ford buisness from now on.

I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??
