I bought my F 150 Lariet new in September 2008. It has been a good truck. I have a problem with what the dealer says is a fan behind the dashboard. When using A/C or fan control I get an annoying rattle from the dash. The dealer quotes $1,500. For repairs. This is outrageous. I can't believe I am the only owner with this issue. Should maybe be under recall?

It is very clean. Has everything you could want in a truck. Drives great. It has bluetooth for a phone but are not able to figure our how it works. This is a second car for hauling our trout fishing boat.

They made the process as quick as possible. Unfortunately, I didn't test the retractable sun roof shade because it is shot and needs replacement...don't know how much that will be. Check engine light came on. Don't know if they blew out the code so it wouldn't show, but thermostat needs replaced and NOT cheap! Price was decent, but not happy about deficiencies.

As I write this it is 12 years old I’ve got 78 thousand miles and so far I’ve done to it is 2 tire changes and 2 battery’s and normal oil changes. So far it’s been an outstanding truck one of the best I have owned and I’ve owned several of them all right this truck pretty high

I scheduled an appointment for them to inspect it, and they honored the warranty work. They completed the task promptly, and the staff was courteous. I was interested in a suv I called on a regular to ask questions and got answers Charlie was very helpful he seemed to be pretty honest I went there from Washington DC to see the vehicle but didn’t have time to really check it out when I drove it I felt a little vibration and was told it was the tires because it had been sitting so I decided to pass because it wasn’t a warranty and I had to get back to DC didn’t want to take any chances otherwise I had a good experience dealing with Charlie I just wish I could’ve had more time to check it out if I can get someone to go back to check it out I might go back to buy it or if they would put new tires on it to assure me that it’s just the tires one other thing I had to find a bank to purchase a cashiers check because they didn’t finance out of state that was what took up a lot of my time I’d also like to say I wasn’t pressured in any kinda way like big dealers Charlie was very patient

Originally scheduled an appointment to see a Mazda Miata they had. Came across a Buick Cascada that they also had, and that seemed to be a better fit. Frank was very accommodating and helpful, willing to show me both vehicles. Great price on the Cascada, and he gave me an additional bit off, so I bought it. They have lots of vehicles, and he and his mechanic, Mike, were great!
