The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

I utilized TrueCar website in search of vehicle I wanted and received an offer from Lute Riley Honda. I arrived at the dealership and was directed to Sales Consultant Javed Tarafder. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. He explained vehicle options in great detail. They honored the TrueCar price which was below their sales tag price. Finance Manager Christina Bernd was very pleasant and made the entire process very easy and enjoyable. This dealership was no pressure, informative, transparent, and did not try to pull any deceptive practices. There was no typical back and forth haggling over sales price and bouncing from salesman to sales manager to store manager. This was my third Honda purchase and my best purchase experience thusfar. If you are interested in a Honda purchase in the Dallas, TX area, then you should run to this dealership and snag a year end deal for yourself. Javed and Christina are assets to this dealership and should be commended. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again and trust my future vehicle service in their hands.

Great attitude and huge knowledge of all things Lexus. Good communicator and worked with me to get my scheduled test drive and had everything ready. I've been looking for an EV9 for about a year and kept coming up against not being able to fit it into my budget. Finally, Rockwall Kia, specifically Malena and David, were able to find an option that would work! We live about 4 hours away, and during that time they found solutions for every obstacle every step of the way, including getting us a charger adapter for our drive home. We are THRILLED, amd the whole ride home in our new car (which felt like floating a spaceship down the highway) was surreal. We're looking forward to many happy years in our family's new vehicle.

The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.
