Great vehicle. I was not used to not having a printed owner’s manual. But, with continued and diligent use of the onboard screen and its videos and owner’s manual has answered all questions and issues. Love this pickup.

Jeff took really good care of me as I needed a car in a pinch. He gave me sources for financing and car insurance as well, which I didn't use but I appreciated it cause I was in a hurry. I left a job with a company car so he understood I was serious. I test drove the car and took it to my mechanic. The only item needed was 2 new tires. The power, of the smallest engine, the 2.7 V6, Twin Turbo, is excellent. My average gas mileage is near 22 mpg. I am using Sheetz 88 Octane fuel. The 2021 F 150, XL/STX, Super Cab, FX4, has been a decent truck so far! I had some issues with the optional POWER GENERATOR,..and apparently, it's now fixed!? I may get a truck camper put on the bed!? However, it can be either a good hauler, or towing vehicle! My unit has the optional towing package.

Recently bought a used 2023 F150. Staff was friendly and professional. Only two things not completely satisfied with was one, only got one key fob. With prices of trucks figured the second one should be thrown in. Was told for 200 the have a guy that comes on Tuesdays to make them. Second, without second fob or owners manual I don’t have the code for keypad. Again, for another fee I could bring it in to find it. Besides those two things , overall good experience.

Highly recommend!! My husband and I stopped in just to look at some cars.
