Had a oil change done a few months ago and was due for another. Asked them to check to see why it was leaking. They informed me the oil filter was put on loose and it was their error. I was released it was something they admitted to doing. Their honesty just makes me feel I can always trust them in service and purchasing a car there. They made real good on their mistake and took really great care of me and my car. To the point they even came to my home to clean the oil spots in my garage and my daughters driveway. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

My explorer blew an alternator belt just outside of Hawley on my way to a graduation party in Fargo Friday afternoon, traveling from Bemidji. I was able to limp into the dealership. Brian Lee at the service desk was fantastic. Able to find a belt and got my car in immediately and got me and my son back on the road in a little over an hour. This truck has all the options I could ask for. It is very comfortable and powerful. I like the ruby red color. We've only put a couple hundred miles on it so far, but everything works great.
