I was initially delighted. The sales staff was awesome and got me into a dream car. Three days after bringing my Redeye home I noticed a small puddle of antifreeze. Two days later the engine light comes on so I had it towed back to the dealership and told them to keep it until they get it right. This is day five. I would still recommend this dealership as long as you buy new. Evidently I bought a Frankenstein. I just hope that this is a one off and am able to enjoy the car for years to come.

I came to interstate Ford to have a recall issue taken care of. Mary Jo Fuletti helped me with that problem. I told her that there were other concerns regarding my F150 truck. She listened to my concerns and translated them so that her mechanical staff would understand what needed to be looked at. After an inspection, I was informed that there was about $5000 worth of work to be done. I have a Toyota warranty for the vehicle having bought it used from a Toyota dealer. Mary Jo had difficulty getting a response from the warranty folks but she was tenacious and got an inspector from the warranty office to come look at the truck and approve the work that needed to be done. Through Mary Joe’s and interstate Fords efforts, I had a total of about $6000 worth of work done with no out-of-pocket charges. I will definitely be back when my truck needs service or work. Used to pull travel trailer. Powerful enough to haul big load reliably in nasty weather. 22 mpg when not towing, 9-13 when pulling trailer. Can run easily in cruise under load. Temp range operated in is -30 to 100+ with no problems. The ride is quiet. The 1000+ ft-lbs of torque means you can accelerate in a huge hurry if you need to. This rig is on the road 6-8 months out of the year. You can easily make the run of Houston->Minneapolis in an 18 hour straight shot, it's comfortable and quiet enough. By comfort this means comfy seats yes but more importantly you're not fighting the wheel and getting tired driving in crosswinds. I didn't buy this to impress my neighbours; I bought it to carry and haul, and it does very well doing that.

I recently purchased a truck from SAG Denver, I have had a very positive and professional experience with the sales and service departments. I normally avoid dealerships at all costs, however I came across a beautiful truck that I was having difficulty finding on the private market. I enquired online and was replied to very expediently. I received a no pressure call from a sales person who scheduled an appointment with me. When I arrived, I was greeted and assisted immediately. I test drove the truck with Tracey, who by the way, I highly recommend working with. After driving and inspecting the truck for a bit, I detected what is a common mechanical problem with that type of truck. I brought it up to Tracey and the sales manager Dan and my concerns were immediately acknowledged and validated. Dan did not try to gloss over my concern or argue that there was an issue, instead, he gracefully offered to have the repairs made along with any other contributing or resulting damage as needed. I left the truck with them to begin the repairs, unfortunately it was a bit more involved than originally thought. There ended up being a significant amount of engine work needed, nothing that could have possibly been detectable without opening up the motor. I think most dealerships would have somehow tried to find a way to charge me or unwind the deal rather than proceed with completing all necessary repairs and making the truck run properly. I have several other vehicles so I wasn't by any means inconvenienced, however I did purchase the truck because I had to haul some things for family. After the repairs ran into an extended period of time I did email to express my concerns, I received a call from Dan offering me another truck from their inventory until the repairs were completed on mine. I can't express enough how impressed and pleased I am with the entire experience with Springs Automotive in Denver, I would definitely recommend them and would buy from them again.

The F350 Super Duty crew cab can handle just about anything you need it to do. The ride is a little stiff - but hey it's a truck! Turning radius is a little wide - but hey it's a truck! 4wd works great, multiple transmission drive modes will handle most any terrain you'll be on. It'll handle heavy loads in short bed without a problem. Don't expect high MPG - hey it's a heavy truck, so plan for the fuel expense.

2020 Platinum 6.7 Turbo Diesel Bought it to pull my dump trailers that weigh 10K-25K loaded. Even going up hill no problem. Most powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Mileage on stock tires 21mpg hwy, 18 city 35 inch Toyo: 17 hwy, 15 city Friend bought the F250. Nothing but problems over heating. My F350…zero over heating issues. Neither engine or tranny ever heat up. Turns out Ford does not put the same coolers on engine and tranny in the F250. Buggy sync 3 interface though. 20% of the time, I have to plug my iPhone in repeatedly for it to be recognized and Apple CarPlay to work. Once in a while the info center screen just goes black. To get it to come back on is voodoo. Turn truck off and let it sit. Dealer has tried multiple checks (even when screen is dark) without finding anything to fix. Meaning the computer says all is normal when screen is not working. So their solution was the voodoo method to fix it (turn off/on, let sit…truck decides to resolve issue). Tailgate would sometimes drop by itself. Once it got crushed as it dropped when I was making a tight turn pulling a trailer. Dealer fixed it. Did a computer module replace which so far, has fixed the issue.

I was selling my 2017 Forester XT to buy an e-bike to commute with instead and it couldn’t have been an easier process. Shawn came to my home, looked over all the paperwork, took a test drive and wrote me a check. He even allowed me to use the car to deposit the check! What a guy!!! Check cleared no problem and the car was picked up two days later at my convenience. Shawn gave me a price over KBB as well as Carvana and with the difference it paid for my bike along with the Colorado rebate. Other than scheduled maintenance, I haven't spent a dime on this truck. Bought it used 2ys with ~ 103k miles. It now has 211k and still running strong. One factory recall. Best truck I ever had.

This big rig is ready for any of your towing needs and feels like your driving a cadillac while doing so. with the 6.7 liter turbo diesel there isn't anything this truck can't handle. When not towing this truck has the smoothest ride out there. Has all the bells and whistles that you can imagine. AC seats!! Sun roof, ranch hand bumpers, 35'' tires and aftermarket 9 point adjustability Rancho shocks! With the 4x4 you can have fun in those hard to get to places and really explore!

We purchased our Ford F350 about a month ago for a great price with absolutely no pressure or hassles from anybody there. They took our old F150 in trade and delivered the new truck down to Colorado Springs. Mike replaced the cracked windshield before delivery which we hadn't asked for or expected, which was awesome. Already put a hard 5,000 miles on it pulling a very heavy 5th wheel RV trailor in a across country move. The truck performed great and we absolutely love it!

I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.
