Stopped in at Mike Shaw while visiting the area from NYC to find a place to live. Just meant to test drive an Ascent but ended up ordering one that day. Despite my age, this was the first new car I was purchasing and the first car after 20 years of being car free. Alex V was super helpful with explaining the options ??? and that because of the options I picked it would take 8 to 12 weeks. When it looked like it might go a couple of weeks over, he kept me calm and the car (which is great) came in right at the 12 week mark. Great people. Low pressure. Excellent location for those of us north of Denver. You might have to bargain a bit for your discounts but you???ll also likely get more than the no-haggle places. Since it was my first time ordering a vehicle, I don???t know if it???s customary to offer a loaner in the meantime. They eventually offered but only after I whined a bit. (Again, I???m new to the negotiating thing so maybe that???s on me). Day of pickup, I was in and out of there in a flash.
Every time we went there we felt that Lars was there to help us. He is knowledgeable and was willing to work with us until we fully understood and felt comfortable with our transaction. There was never any pressure or slant towards a specific offer. He continues to help after delivery.
I' e had several dealing with Stephen Palko and the Richebach Infinti service department over the last few months. I have to say that the service has been exceptional. Stephen goes above and beyond with me and others I've seen and talked to in the waiting room. He is a true asset to the organization and a good reason to do business with Richenbach Infiniti.
i do not know or care to learn about cars. Therefore, I go to McCaddons. Jon Berry has been pro-active in caring for my car, with full knowledge that I do not know abut cars. He makes recommendations in a language I can understand and then does the needed work. Better yet he does not recommend unneeded work. I will continue to trust the personnel and service.

If you are looking for a new or used car, you NEED to check out Big Mike Naughton Ford. When we first showed up we were pleasantly greated by Mike while we were looking at a 2014 Ford Explorer. He was able to answer all of our questions and promptly got the keys when we asked for a test drive. During our time in the Explorer he placed zero pressure on us and didn't fill any silence with needless banter or conversation. He allowed us to thoroughly examine and get a feel for the vehicle. Shortly there after my wife and I decided to purchase the 2014 Explorer. Once again Mike made our experience enjoyable by makeing the signing process as quick as he possibly could. During that time the team at Big Mike Naughton Ford detailed the car inside and out and even filled the gas tank up. Jimmy in the finance department was the quickest part of our buying experience and had a great sense of humor. He was even able to beat the interest rate that we got from USAA. Two days after we bought the car we noticed that one of the tires had a very deep gash in it and required immediated attention. We brought the Explorer back and Mike (salesman) and Aaron (used car manager) eagerly agreed to replace the damaged tire with no questions asked. The next day we came back to Big Mike Naughton Ford to have the tire replaced by Griff in the service department. There was a little confusion on what tire to replace with and if we should replace one or both front tires. Aaron was hesitant to replace both front tires, but I was concered with replacing one tire because it could cause excess wear and tear on the front differential because the tires would be different in circumference. After getting Aaron and Griff to talk they agreed to replace both front tires. From start to finsh and then afterwards, the entire team at Big Mike Naughton Ford has gone above and beyond to make sure that we received the very best care to ensure that we were taken care of and that our car is in the best and safest condition.
We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!

Had a great experience at Groove, specifically because Jordan helped me find exactly what I was looking for... and put up with my countless model comparison questions (thank you!). I ended up with the 2019 Forester Limited and I could not be more satisfied. On multiple occasions Jordan ventured into the wintry mix with me (not ideal weather to browse vehicles) to help me fully understand differences in model trims and features. He was extremely knowledgeable on the various trims and package accessories which made it much easier for me to make my decision. He was also extremely professional and friendly. I highly recommend asking for Jordan when you arrive.
I’d gone in to drive a used Audi A7. I was working with Brett S. He was exceptionally knowledgeable about high end automobiles. I was truly impressed also that as I came in unannounced he had remembered my name from an email previously sent. Great customer service.
