Since I was looking at used Toyota Tacoma trucks, I realized that the used Toyota truck market to be more speedy than I first thought. In fact my wife sort of got sticker shock. All said, I'm feeling quite overwhelmed by the number of used Tacoma's out there. I wonder where the new unsold 2024's are. At this writing, I'm also open to the extra cab 4x4 Rangers. The reservation I have is the towing capacity. I need at minimum 5000 lb towing capacity. Any, there you have it. Best regards, Pierre LaRochelle

When researching Ford pickup trucks on the internet Chris Kelly from Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA responded to the chat window. He helped me through the whole process of ordering the exact vehicle I wanted, their policy of the no dicker price was fair with no hassle of the 1-2 hours going back and forth in negotiations. There was never any pressure to buy, only there to help. What a difference that made! Chris always answered my questions promptly when I asked while the truck was being built and yes I had a lot of questions as this was my first time buying a new vehicle and special ordering one on top of that. If Chris was off for the day when I had a question another salesman stepped right in and answered my question. I was able to track the progress of the build on the Ford website. Once the truck was delivered to Bowen Scarff, they surprised me and had it ready to go that next morning. Chris even came and picked me up at my home and brought me down to pick up the truck! After filling out the paperwork I was handed off to finance. Even here there was no pressure at all to purchase the ?extras? if I said no, he said ok and moved on. No trying to persuade me into it. My overall experience here was the best I have ever had at a dealership. The best surprise of all and may seem little to some was when I got in to drive away it had a full tank of gas. I highly recommend Chris Kelly as your salesman and Bowen Scarff Ford as the dealer to see in Washington!

Our latest car purchase of a 2025 Bronco Sport from Bickford Ford however was an exceptional experience all around. We had not planned to purchase a car but were in the neighborhood and simply stopped to see a Bronco Sport up close. We ran into Mike Mauer as he was heading out the sales office door. He asked if he could help us in a non-sales polite manner. We said we were interested in learning more about the Bronco Sport but were just looking. Mike was very accommodating with no sales hype or pressure. He is very genuine and knowledgeable. Based on our experience that day we went ahead over the following week settling on the trim package we wanted as Mike tracked down several options. Communication was excellent through e:mail, phone calls, and texts. We are from Chelan and had business in the area over two separate weekends. Mike found the specification we wanted in the Puget Sound area and even picked up the car himself when we returned the following Monday. The entire process was well prepared and faster than we had ever experienced – no “let me talk to my manager” back and forth. We traded in two vehicles as we were downsizing to one car. Mike under-promised and over-delivered in accommodating our selection and taking in our trades. Again, no sales hype. Just a great guy with integrity, sincere communication, and great follow-through skills. We were also impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the facility as well as the efficiency of the accounting and finance team. People seemed happy to be working there. 2026 Ford F-450 review
I moved up from an f350 to an F450. I was shocked to learn the turning radius was much shorter. The wheel,brakes and tires are also larger. I love this truck. I use it to haul our 5th wheel RV and 3 horse trailer. If you're on the fence between an f350 and f450 DRW. I'd do the f450.

I have one complaint. When I bought my car I presented my DD214 to the closing person to get my Purple Heart license plate. When I got a plate which was delivered to the dealership it was NOT a Purple Heart license plate. Turns out a Purple Heart license plate can only be mailed directly to the vehicle owner and NOT to the dealership. The application had to be resubmitted for the plate which I got in the mail, and, I had to file for a refund of the fees which should not have been paid. However, not all the fees paid in error and charged to me on closing were refundable. So, if you're going to apply for a Purple Heart license plate, remember Titus-Will may be ignorant (hard to believe) on the process. I would have thought such a large dealership should have known the state limitation on the mailing of these plates. So I am out some dollars.
