Recently, we were looking to upgrade our 2022 Chevy Trax for something more spacious, with newer tech. We even considered going EV. An employee named Celso was kind and knowledgeable enough to walk us through the pros and cons of SUV verses EV. We enjoyed our experience.

I had a 2019 Ford Flex and I loved it soooo much! Once I reached 130,000 miles without any problems whatsoever, it was time to get another car. I found out that the Flex was discontinued! I loved it so much that I found a used 2019 Flex with 7,000 miles and I was so happy!! I am so disappointed that this model was discontinued! It was great in ND snow (never got stuck); great mileage; lots of room; comfortable; navigation; back up sensors, etc. Please bring the Ford Flex back!! In the 38 years since I was married and had 5 kids, this has been the BEST vehicle so far!!

I love my flex! It’s very stylish and comfortable driving it is a breeze and to beat it all the room is amazing. My kids love all the moon roofs. The heard stearin wheel was a bonus the heated and cooled seats also a plus!

2022 and running since 2016.SEL, not bad,missing a few things that probably only Limited has. Wish I knew. I would buy it again (until it breaks first time, and then, not).

I bought a 2013 Limited with eco-boost a year ago and I love it. It has relatively low miles for the age and has more bells and whistles than any vehicle I've ever owned. I do find the AWD doesn't preform as well as other AWD vehicles I've had. Even with the same kind of all weather tires, I find it slides quite easily on winter roads when taking turns. The length of the vehicle could also be part of the issue. Regardless, I love her! The specs on it were an eye popping $58k when it was new, I'm glad to get it for much less and still enjoy the heated and a/c seats, backup camera, auto parking, and my favorite, the built in mini fridge and freezer between the middle row captions chairs! Ha ha ha what an awesome vehicle. Mid range gas milage has been ok. I've had to replace a couple parts that I suppose were just worn out from age, like the radiator hose. The panoramic roof gives it much needed light so it isn't a big dark box.

I bought a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe HEV with Travis and this was the most painless car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was in and out within no time at all, even while trading in a vehicle. I cannot figure out why Ford stopped making this cool car. They ride excellently have plenty of horse-power and are very roomy. I personally think that the same guys that screwed up the design of the Mustangs made the decision to cancel the Flex.

I have owned 3 Ford Flex's. All were super. I am now driving a 2018 and am trying to purchase a 2019 as it is Fords last year to build the Flex. I live in the land of Ice and snow and this car with all wheel drive is the best I have ever driven on Ice and Snow. Very stable. If I drive the speed limit I get 22-23 MPG. It also has lots of room. Its like a station wagon.

TJ and Rod were excellent! TJ was patient and fought to get us the best deal possible. Rod let us use his office and helped us set up the electronics in our new car. The Flex is an amazing mid-size SUV, wagon or van depending on who you ask. While it may not get the best MPG, the vehicle is responsive, quick (even on the non-ecoboost) and fun to drive. The styling is definitely it's strong suit, both in being unique inside and out but by also being very practical. Everything is setup in a very natural way, if you use select-shift it's very easy to work with and for two people above 6 feet there's plenty of room in front two row seating. My biggest concern for any potential buyers is the value. I would absolutely recommend a Flex to anyone due to it being very safe and fun but if you want it with more capability or with more features the vehicle can easily get into the higher $20k's and into the $30k's. I definitely recommend the EcoBoost, at the cost of a couple MPG it becomes a very sporty vehicle, but it's only an option on higher trims. 2013 got the updated front-end but I recommend newer years with a newer Sync system that'll support Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. Last thing is to watch out for is EcoBoosts with bad service records and Flex's without their water pump replaced at some point. Both are known to go bad if a previous owner didn't keep up with maintenance.

Had mine since 2009 awd limited. Today is 2023 and it has 232k miles. Only oil changes tires and breaks. I had my small kids ride on it now I have my grand kids on it. The DVD PLAYER is still being used. I have gone from coast to coast on this vehicle with so much confort. Even helped me moved my kids out of the house and me too. Lots of traveling and camping. Now we got just the dogs and if this Flex ever breaks ill buy another one. Used of course cause they stopped making them. Love this car

I own a 2016 Ford Flex. I love the exterior styling, as I miss the old station wagons and panel vans of the past. It especially looks sharp as I have the gray paint job with white roof. Can spot it in the parking lot from far away!. I've absolutely have had no problems with the mechanics of the vehicle. Only issue has been the sync radio update, which eventually did get remedied. Drives smoothly, is flexible in its cargo and passenger areas and holds a lot. Only negative is the gas mileage. I do more street driving as I live on Maui. Lots of short drives. But averaging 15.5 nowadays is not good. But I will never give it up. Unless I find another used one, or they make it again.

I love my Flex. I love the handling the gas mileage,the style and the safety features, especially the back up camera! I also like knowing how many miles I can drive before I’m empty! Very comfortable ride

Great family car! I used to drive a flex, and ended up buying a Chevrolet equinox. It worked for a while, but we noticed we needed more space and our children weren’t getting enough air in the back (there are no rear vents on the equinox). When we were looking for a bigger car, I immediately thought of the flex! There are four air vents on the ceiling in the back… A third row, and tons of space! The ride is also super smooth… Huge difference in the suspension of what I was driving before. You are even able to tow with this car! So impressed and definitely recommend it

Have been very pleased with the fuel economy (getting 18-21 locally and 28 to 31 on the interstate highways). Really like and become dependent upon the rear view camera when maneuvering in parking lots.

Great for hauling things around besides the kids, The 3.5 standard v6 is not strong enough for this heavy box on wheels I found the 6speed trans can keep up but the motor struggles lugging this thing around. If your going to purchase one get the AWD with the turbo charged 3.5 overall I’d buy another just not the base sel model
