This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

Best car for anyone. Still have it. Gets 37 mpg on the road. It’s getting old but I’ll keep it for as long as I can. Still looks new

Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

I was never contacted about the TCM Module Re-Call But was about the Door Latches it saddened to know that Ford isn't standing Behind Their Productivity in this simi- Luxury Sports Vehicle it is a Great Vehicle to have is Great on Gas and is excellent in the city and on the Highway I Believe it Could Be Even Greater With The Quad Exhaust Turbine Engine with Shock Absorbsion with all the Bell's and Whistles to Boot

Ford Focus was born to be hatchback and manual transmission. I had two in Brazil and this one in US, bought from the first owner and now with 192K miles. No big issues, just normal wear. Stay away from automatics, SAVE THE MANUALS!!!!!

I really like this car a lot. It's has decent m.pg. I like that it doesn't have a gas cap. Love everything but, I can't see around the head rest very well, tried to take them out, but you can't

This dealership saved my behind, The service was amazing Barry was amazing and so was the person he was training on 6/3/2023. I came in expecting to get laughed at and they accepted me with open arms and worked with what I had at the time and got me into a car. The car I got was used but it still gets me to point A to point B and they sat down with me, talked with me and listened to my story, and said this is what we can work out and what we can do. Our sakes person was Daisy Fuentes, she did an excellent job, The car that I purchased was ready for a test drive when we first arrived. The car looked and performed very well. My trade in was evaluated and after some conversation, a very reasonable offer was tendered which I accepted. When we arrived, I seriously did not think that I would buy the car, but Daisy and the others involved made a fair offer and arranged financing, this all occurred in less than 2 hours.
