But in the end? we didn?t leave. My mom loved the car, loved the people, and said she didn?t need to go anywhere else. When does that EVER happen at a car dealership?! 2014 Focus SE Hatchback bought in 2016 with 7500 miles. Its currently 2025 and 113k miles. The only repair issue was the TCM failure at 90k. I had to wait 3 weeks for the part to come in all the while unable to drive my only vehicle. Only other problem with this car is the heat shields have fallen loose and rattle. I have thought about replacing this car several times over the past 3 years. I've test driven many similar cars and haven't found any that drive much better. So I keep driving this car.

I've had this car for a while and not once have I had any issues. the transition problem is a known thing for the automatic version, but I drive the manual Ford Focus and I definitely recommend it

I like the looks and feel of this car , some Police departments use it , that says good things. Some people complain about the transmission of certain models but Ford has extended the warranty on them to 10 years

We found a truck on cars.com that was listed by The Car Dad. We called and talked with Henry, the Car Son. Henry was very helpful, told us all about the truck and the repairs that had been completed. We live 2.5 hours away, but decided to drive over there to see the truck (based on the reviews I read, I felt we were going to get a good truck from them). Henry greeted us and I could tell this was not a sleazy used car dealership. We drove the truck, talked more about it, then went into the office. Brian greeted us and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought the truck, and the process was very smooth. My son and I did not feel pressured. In fact, we felt they wanted to make sure my son got exactly what he wanted, and we did with this truck. We are very happy we decided to visit this dealership. When my next son is ready for a vehicle, I will check with Car Dad first!
