Used 2017 Ford Focus for sale near Glendale, AZ

Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. He was prepared and had the vehicles I wanted to look at pulled down and ready for me to drive and look at. Then he worked up what payments would be for both vehicles so I could see it side by side and compare. Once decided he made the process flawless. The whole interaction once I got to the dealership lasted almost an hour and the entire place was so very professional up to and including the finance man I worked with. I would recommend anyone looking to buy new to head straight to Toyota of Boardman and ask for Kevin!!!

My vehicle will be paid off soon. It seems problematic situationa are starting. I read about recalls for 2017 ford focus. I've received NO letters from Ford yet. There are several recalls for make. Model and year 2017.

This car is exactly what i needed when i limped my old ponitac into the dealer. Unlike my previous car this one is great on gas. It handles smoothly in my opinion. THe only downside i can think of is the trunk is small. even with the seats down in the sedan like i got.

Just purchased for a replacement to a 300,000 mile escape, it’s the sel model so creature comforts are few but for the price it is optioned pretty well, the 4 cylinder was averaging 37 mpg on my 2 hour drive home with plenty of power, plenty of room inside do a small car for 2 people and maybe smaller kids in the back seat but it is a smooth ride for the small package. I will use it as a work vehicle to commute the 3 to 4 hours each way to work

I've only owned this car for a couple of weeks, but I love it! Right from the start, I felt very comfortable driving it (a lot of cars take a while to "fit"). My only complaint is that the hatch area is small, but then this car is a lot smaller than what I usually drive. I just have to get used to that. I love that it has automatic lights & high beams, GPS navigation, a backup camera and a way to sync my phone easily.

Steven was awesome. I was in another state and he took care of everything and anything that popped up so I could get the car I wanted.

Poor transmission. Shudders sometimes or skips. Other than transmission I like my Focus. Comfort is good as is styling. I love everything about my Focus EXCEPT transmission.

Ricky Esquivel did a great job of helping me with buying my car . I had looked at it on Monday the 10 th of November and liked it , they were going to do paper work but banks were not open on Veterans Day I went to work and hit a deer on way to work totaling my car on Wednesday and by Wednesday about 3 pm I had my new car !!! Once we had an appointment, we had a smooth experience. The wait times can be very long, so make sure you have one. Jaxon took great care of us and communicated appropriately. The financing was easy and a very competitive rate. Everyone we dealt with was friendly. After we completed all of the paperwork, the wait was a bit long to drive out the door, but overall, I would buy from CarMax again and recommend it!

The first girl that helped me was not helpful at all. She just stared at herself in the window, swinging her hair in the reflection. Then left me outside to look at vehicles by myself while she talked bad about another employee. Ugh.... BUT the man who took over was great. He has been working there a long time and is perfect at his job. He has integrity and that is the best trait in a sales rep. Very helpful and has a wonderful personality even if he was stressed.
