However, I have a couple of issues: I referred my son to the dealership, he bought a car, and I was told I would receive a $100 referral. It’s been a few months, and I still haven’t received it. Additionally, the coupon book for my son’s vehicle purchase hasn’t arrived yet; he keeps being told it was mailed out. Other than that, I love the dealership!

Our 2004 pickup gave up the ghost hauling our big living quarter horse trailer across White Sands. We decided that our best option was to find a new truck with the capability to haul the trailer home. This was not an easy feat given the late time of day and limited inventory in the dealerships. Luckily we found Adam at Roswell Ford. He not only got the deal done in record time, he delivered the truck to us in Alamogordo (2 hours away) late that night, helped us get the trailer hooked up and gave us detailed instructions of the vehicle as we returned him to the dealership.
