When I called the dealership, they immediately stepped up. They had me tow the vehicle to a local dealer where it was repaired under the warranty provided by Interstate Ford, and they even covered a portion of the bill. Additionally, after identifying a few other safety-related concerns with the vehicle, Adam Gilbert, the sales manager, and the entire Interstate Ford team have been proactive. They have personally ensured me that they are doing everything in their power to correct these issues to provide a safe, reliable vehicle for my family. Purchased a new 2025 Bronco Sport Big Bend. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was courteous and knowledgeable. When I got the car home I noticed there was a small dent above the left tail light. I sent a picture and they will contact me soon with resolution of the issue. How that is resolved could change my rating. This is the third car I have bought from them so I recommend them often. We were a bit disappointed that our former salesman- Jesse Smith was no longer selling cars but had moved to the finance department. He greeted us warmly and introduced us to Tanner Moberly who he confidenced would serve us as effectively as he had. We gave Tanner the specifications as to what we were looking for. A few weeks passed…then the call. He believed he had found exactly what we wanted. It was a gem for sure! We made our decision that evening.
