Caleb and Justin worked with me to get my 2 Ford trucks serviced in an efficient way instead of having to get extra rides I dropped off 1st with a ride but then dropped 2nd off and picked up 1st eliminating need for 2 extra rides. They both were very pleasant and took care of the needs I wanted w/o trying to get me to have unnecessary work done. I was not going to have service done at dealership except for need to have 3 recalls dealt with. After this experience I am very likely to return to Koons Ford of Annapolis for future service needs. A sales professional named Kevin helped me get a great deal. He was very professional and courteous. When the bank wasn’t cooperating, Tony stepped in and got me a deal with a better interest rate than the bank was offering. This saves me almost $9k over the course of my loan. Tony also replaced the key fob with a new one, which I’m sure isn’t close to cheap on an Escalade. The lounge is very nice, with free coffee and water. Shuttle service is also provided.
