They got my car in and out in a short period of time and discussed with me what I should be thinking about over the next couple of services, instead of trying to hit me at one time. Rare for this industry. Great job.

Finally a no nonsense no gimmick dealership. Great service and a very competent sales team. Management will come by and check to see if there’s anything they can do to help. A very pleasant trip to the dealership. So much so I drive 1 hour to go to them instead of the ones 15 to 20 minutes away. That in itself should tell you all you need to know. 10 stars.

my experience was genuinely great. Belendy was on point from the moment I walked through the doors, and I appreciate how seriously he took me throughout the entire process. I had been to multiple dealerships, but this was the one where I felt the most comfortable and I truly think he played a big part in that. He was patient, transparent, and I never felt pressured or confused. I also appreciate Tom for helping me finalize the deal and for explaining my Mach-E so thoroughly. I don’t think I would’ve received that level of service at the other dealerships I visited, and I really appreciated it. Finance was also a pleasant surprise Nick made the process feel easy and trustworthy. I’ve heard so many horror stories about finance departments, so I was nervous, but I never felt swindled or rushed. We wanted to get a newer version of the explorer st. We had the great experience because the salesman Manny. He was very knowledgeable and respectful. He treated us like family very nice guy. I gave the buying process 4 stars because the buying process is never fun or easy, but I would definitely recommend this dealership. My husband had previously visited another south florida Ford dealership and when he told them he was just looking and trying to see if this would be the right vehicle for our daughter, they basically dismissed him and offered minimal help. I came in to AutoNation, alone, to check out the Bronco. Anthony, was assigned to help me. I told him I was just looking and he helped me find the right model for my daughter, test drove the car and told him I?d be in touch should we want to purchase it. He was not pushy AT ALL!!
