Very professional and outstanding service from Ben! We called an booked our appointment and got in very quick. They offered to call an uber for me to get to and from work while my vehicle was being serviced.
2026 Ford Mustang review
I recently purchased a used 2026 Ford Mustang Dark Horse and Love it. The mustang has really improved over the years in style, comfort and performance! The Color is Blue Ember and is a really beautiful color. The flakes in the paint really stand out in the sun. The Coyote Engine gives superb performance and really sounds Great! I Highly recommend getting one especially if you are looking for Performance and Style if you can’t afford a Shelby or a Rouche .To me you can’t go wrong with this High Performance Dark Horse Mustang!

Service rep Ben Johnson was awesome! Excellent and timely communication. Took great care of me!! Very knowledgeable. Will seek him out the next time I need work done.
2026 Ford Mustang review
We have had the Mustang Ecoboost for sbout two weeks. We love the way the car looks (people staring all the time), we love the way the car handles and drives and it it is surprisingly fast. The torque comes on quick and at low RPM. We drive in SPORT mode all the time for very spirited driving. In TRACK mode it holds the rpms and is very fast. The cockpit is like a spaceship. We have an older GT but this cockpit is fantastic. Looking forward to tons of fun in this cincertible

Amazing experience customer service was over the top. They went above and beyond to get the deal done My trade in value was above and beyond fair. They gave me many options for financing and down payment options, they worked with me to make the deal happen. I couldn't be any more happy. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new or used vehicle you won't be disappointed with the customer service or the options you will be given. The deal was smooth other than a few computer glitches going on, probably because of the storm in the area. They definitely worked through a lot of stuff to make the deal happen, and I am extremely happy. Thank you again group one!

Mullinax Ford of MobileReviews
Mullinax Ford of Mobile review
I have no problems with the dealership. My mother purchased a Ford Mustang in 2006. This have been the only place it’s ever been for services. The car had a few problems of shutting off on its own twice two consecutive times when it had few hundred miles on it. Had an alternator replaced two years after that. While under warranty paid for it. Fast forward years later by 2013 2016 I had some belts replaced and they were replaced in the wrong manner they were crossed over my water pump hose as I drove it home I saw steam so I took it back up to Mullinax to tell them what the problem was. They said all kinds of fluids damaged the entire engine by spewing out. So it had to be replaced and it would no problem replacing it because it wasn’t my fault a mechanic negligence. So I wasn’t offered a newer engine for my troubles I was offered a used one don’t no how used it was. Probably About 2years from that the heads went out on the used engine. I proceeded to ask why should I pay almost 2,000 for something that shouldn’t be my fault an the engine I have not so old well atleast I thought and I was told that’s the only time they can honor that it will be on them. Of course I feel it should be an I shouldn’t have any type of issues for another 100,000 miles for my car to be an 07 I have about 109,000 miles on it I drive it to keep everything basically flowing and not rust or anything an I do understand somethings will go bad. I’m a dear customer and I tell Plenty of people to shop there if they have or not i put Mullinax up highly. I financially would love to get a truck from Mullinax one day. I have a friend a salesman’s there. Now I have another concern I took my car to be check out at Mullinax a a little time back months ago ,cause something causing my battery to go dead an my wiper motor went out so I purchased a wiper motor an was about to put it in myself but I don’t want to do that if my battery going dead for some odd reason. If I have a Ford an now my car is in the category of being a used car I was told from the service tech the mechanic couldn’t find out the issue. This suppose to be Ford dealing with a Ford vehicle. No recommendation or anything. So I’m stuck on finding a 2nd 3rd party. It shouldn’t be that way.

I drove over from pensacola to purchase a f150. They gave me a fair price for my mazda and a fair price on the f150. It took just a few hours. Not bad. I would recommend them to anyone in the market.

The vehicle my wife and I was interested in test driving was ready and waiting on us upon arrival. The sales person, Mr. Terrell Williams, was courteous and we immediately looked over the vehicle and commenced upon the test drive. After a brief discussion in Mr. Williams office, we were able to purchase the vehicle and drive it home. I do have a couple items to further work out with Mr,. Williams in regards to refinancing with my local credit Union and am hopeful he is open to assisting us within matter.
2026 Ford Mustang review
I've only had the Mustang GT Premium for a month now, but it is really nice so far. I replaced my Charger Scat Pack with this car, and it is comparable in power. It is easier to drive, because of the size of the Mustang. I would recommend the 2026 Ford Mustang GT Premium.

Great experience in making a long distance sale. Located the vehicle through Cars.com, contacted through the provided link and started a direct text conversation with a salesman. Made a visit to test drive, told them I was interested, did most of the paperwork that day, no deposit required, and went back 2 days later and picked it up. Great price with the dealer discount and multiple Ford rebates.
