We bought a new Ford Edge Sport from Al Piemonte this past July . Buying a new car is not always a great experience, but it was at Al Piemonte. You can always tell how good a company is until you need help. We did . About a week after we bought it, I was driving around going to a few malls and didn't notice a little scratch on the back right bumper until a got home. We all know that feeling well. So I called Al Piemonte thinking they're not obligated to repair it, but to my surprise they said bring it in and we will repair it at no charge. So I did ,and they had it repaired perfectly. Al Piemonte is the only dealer we will ever buy a car the !
i came in seeking to buy a Honda pilot i wasn't sure off all the options on these cars , i was greeted by the nicest Polish guy in the wold went over all options with me took the car home to my pregnant wife since she has to stay in bed really good guy Thank you Peter for all your help and i also learned some Polish "yak she maz" everybody

Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. Usually after a sale, the salesman is no longer interested (or available) for the problems of his customer. However, I must say Trajce provided EXCELLENT service and care for me dealing with three different problems that I created in the pouring rain on the dealership’s lot, 17 days after the purchase of my new Optima. All ended well as he assured me it would! He was great!
Stopped in to make an appointment and was very pleased the Adviser said if could handle an hour and half they would do it fight now. First time I’d ever been taken as a walk-in. It saved a ton of my time since I live 17 miles away. Kudos to the service adviser.
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. Please, ask for Chris. You won't regret it.
