I broght in my 2015 200 for repair and then i decided to buy a new car. They had no problem helping me even with my car in their shop up on a hoist. After three hours i walked out with a 2018 dodge charger. This is the fifth car my family has bought from Dick Scott and we will be back when we need a new.

Went looking for a truck. Brent was able to answer all the questions I had for what I was looking for in a truck. He had the patients to lets me see all the trucks I wanted to look at. Let me test drive the ones I liked. Was able to lead me thru the financing with the great help of Cindy. They found the best rates and payments that fit me. What a wonderful experience. Thank you both for all your hard work and working with me.
I took my Ford Escape to the service department for an oil change. The only problem was the chaos in the parking lot. There is a lot of remodeling and confusion. I had to wait in my vehicle for thirty minutes or so.
I have received three e-mails, a phone call and a letter thanking me for using your service. Why are you sending so many e-mails and other correspondence to thank me for using the Ford service? It is annoying.
I bought a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. The pre-owned sales manager, Mark Lange, absolutely amazed with his willingness to go above and beyond and help get you the car you really want. He did all the extras that make you feel really good about a deal. I love my new to me car but love that the first time I bought from a dealership, my preconceived notions of salesman and treatment were dashed. Mark is really knowledgeable and will do whatever is in his power to make what YOU want happen for you. Steve Eby is also exceptional, he did everything he had in his power to do as well! The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.

It was an overall great experience all the sales people were extremely friendly and nice to me and helping me with any issues that I have I would recommend this dealership so all my friends and family for their future cars
My service rep as well as the service manager went above and beyond to help me out. They know I have had a serious of problems with the vehicle between tire/rim issues, headlights, and computer/electric issues so when 8 month old tires all needed replaced as well as a cracked rim AND the rear shocks/pump they did everything they could to minimize the cost. They recommends tires with a large tread life warranty that at least will be replaced if they run out in 15-20,000 miles like these did which is ridiculous considering nearly all of it is expressway driving in light traffic. I will never buy any tires made by Goodyear again. They also did the service in steps and prevented me from getting recommended work that was not mandatory at the time, not the usual dealership way which was refreshing.
Long story short, the Genesis service team did enough for me to rethink my stance on never buying a Cadillac again. Although they cannot prevent the quality issues or control the cost so odds are I will sell this one in the next 10-13’days and switch back to Ford/Lincoln since I had twice as many miles on those cars and never had half this many issues
