As usual I got what I needed done in a time frame that fit MY schedule. I had two tires with leaks. One could be fixed, at a lower cost than other dealerships' prices, the other could not. (Too close to the sidewall) It's a few days later and the tire is at the same pressure. They also rotated my tires at no cost! Thank you guys for finding the worn back brakes. That diagnosed the squeaking. Ask for Jonny Streetman. He's always been honest with me.

I had a problem with my car battery. I went to start my car and the battery was dead. Road service came out and jumped it. My battery was only a year old. I wanted to get my battery checked out so this wouldn’t happen again. I spoke with Brandon at Szott Ford in Holly, he told me to come right in and he would put it to a test and see if the battery is bad. No hesitation, he understood my concern. He was so professional, understanding and caring. He totally went above and beyond. As a side note; I called another dealer closer to my home to help me out with my battery. I was told that I could come in and have it checked out. The earliest appointment was 2 to 3 weeks out. I was hurt and disappointed that they couldn’t/wouldn’t help me out. I started by applying for credit after the Salesmen James Anderson all my annoying questions. He never skipped over a question but answered each question fully. This built trust as I had trouble at other dealerships with honest communication and even some questions ignored in hopes I wouldn’t ask again. I was approved but dragged my feet and thought about waiting and decided to reach out again and test drive mainly because I liked car and the honesty of James and never high pressure tactics or constant emails. Just if we can answer anything else for you let us know by the great fiancé dept as well. Upon entering I found this a nice surprise in that it was not a typical atmosphere that I’ve experienced the car lots. My father sold cars as a side job and he’s a lot was the only one I truly enjoyed until I came to this lot. They were laid-back professional, friendly, and completely upfront. I felt like I meant a friend that I haven’t seen for a while and the experience with the salesman and the finance department was so pleasant. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that’s had a bad experience at other dealerships, James is a great salesman and has many years of experience and the finance department started at the same time he did and they make a great pair and getting you into the vehicle that you want on your terms if possible. So needless to say, I waited about 10 days and decided to visit the lot test drive the car meet the salesman that have been helping me and drive away in my new Buick. If I ever want another car being a senior, I will go back to the same dealership.
