Moses worked diligently with my husband when we were researching the purchase of my Mustang GT. He helped us to find the exact car we wanted and set up an appointment for us. He was responsive and adjusted the selection of vehicles we would explore when we decided the GT Premium was the option we wanted. Moses helped us to get a great value on our trade in, and we added the 7 yr maintenance warranty. My car ended up being one of the 2020 Mustangs with a recall, and Moses helped us to get a loaner car for the recall to be completed. In the end, Moses helped me to get my dream car. Bought a new F-150 Platinum. Had some challenges with the prep and delivery, but the General Sales Manager stepped up and made it right. Very pleased with their responsiveness. I had a positive experience with Will Andre and Casey from Finance (apologies if spelled Casey’s name incorrect). Will was friendly and open. He worked hard to find me the truck I wanted. Casey was patient with me during the financial process and took the time to explain all my options.

Service desk very courteous and got the work done, even though more issues were found than planned. They took me home and when the work was completed, came and picked me up. Drivers were very congenial.

Had set up appointment with Eric for 12:15 Monday . Picked up my new car Tuesday. Car was at another lot Monday . I test drove a like car Monday . Overall a great experience . I would do it again .
