Had a recall for my Expedition. Was advised by Andrae Wright that the actual inspection to verify if the recall actually applied to my vehicle would take an hour. I was also told to expect that 1/2 of a day to get around to it. If parts were necessary more time or another trip. I called about 4:30 and 'how about that!"
