I have worked with Mr Neil Stone twice before, so this past week's was my 3rd transaction with him. Polite, efficient, effortless, trustworthy calm demeanor behind a busy schedule and you are never rushed nor pressured. Loyal to Mr Stone for as long as he's working there!

I wrote an earlier experience and I gave it a 1 point. Well the manager call and it changed everything. I tried removing my comment but it will not let me for some reason so I wanted to do an update. Villa Ford of Orange review
Although we did not like the vehicle we test drove, we were very impressed by their excellent customer service. We called ahead of time and they had the vehicle we inquired about freshly washed and pulled out for us to test drive. There were no pushy salespeople, just a genuinely polite and informative staff. We have been to quite a lot of dealerships in the past month and thus far our experience with Villa Ford has been the best.

Haggerty Ford review
Recently visited Haggerty Ford for a routine oil change and post-winter checkup. Activity was completed on time and service department even washed the car for me. John explained the results of my checkup and reduced margin for rear brakes. All was good.

Fairview Ford Sales, Inc.Reviews
Fairview Ford Sales, Inc. review
I have purchased 2 cars at Fairview Ford and both have been through there internet sales department. The process was quick and I got most of it done on the phone and email before I even stepped foot at there dealership. Most other dealerships tried to get me to come in before discussing numbers, but Fairview gave me my numbers up front and worked with me even though my credit was not the greatest. There service department is quick and very nice, I have had 2 oil changes and it was nice that they had a del taco right next door too!!!
