A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.

He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room.
