I made an appointment for a test drive and upon arrival, my salesperson Scott was very helpful. We not only drove the specific vehicle I was looking at but he encouraged me to look at and test drive other models to ensure I was making the right decision for me. After lengthy discussion, we decided that I might be most happy with a vehicle that they actually did not have on their lot. So he searched online for the model, printed out information for me to make a comparison, and gave me all the financial information I needed to come to a decision on a purchase. Long story short within a week he made a dealer trade and I ended up with the exact vehicle that met all my requirements. Closing the deal was easy, efficient and well explained at each step. I never once felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. Overall, it was a great car-buying experience and I would recommend anyone giving them a try!

Most painless and fastest car buying experience ever. Joe Ard and the woman (apologies I don't remember your name) in finance we unbelievably awesome. And they stayed at least a half hour after close to handle things. The car needed gas and he went to the gas station with my daughter to get it for her. I have bought my last 3 cars from Walser and it took forever and I left mentally exhausted each time. High pressure push for all the extra add ons. If Luther does as well at all their locations as Joe did here--they will be my first stop from now on. The woman who helped us with financing got us a 2% lower rate than Walser offered as well. She was so kind through the whole process. Just felt like we were dealing with friends instead of salespeople. Thank you!

We managed to come to an agreement and purchased the car we wanted. There was not much negotiation, but the car was well priced to begin with. We agreed to pay $500 additional in order to drive the car away and have our mechanic inspect it. We got a week to report any issues and could return the car for a full refund if not satisfied by any necessary repairs. Ultimately the car checked out and the only problem was a piece of windshield trim that flew off on the way home. We negotiated a $200 refund and got the repair done by our mechanic so we didn’t have to drive the car back to the dealer. So far, so good.
