This vehicle slides right under so many recalls. Shifting cable,front glass, Some of the system panel works so it doesn't qualify for recall, transmission light goes on the day the transmission breaks down no warning before. The bumper are so low you can't get near a bumper stop or you will rip off your bumper. Cheaply put together. Drivers seat is poorly designed while getting in and out of vehicle you cause seat to adjust down, while low the chair base low quality just breaks no way to repair without replace so much stuff. Rides great hard on good wheels low gas mileage, the pipe where you put gas in broke how does that happen. But the mechanic says he sees it quite often for this make and model of car. He don't know how there is no recall on this particular part .

My grandma has owned a 2015 Transit Connect lwb since new my grandpa got the base model since he was a cheap meiser. This van has been fantastic now at 60,000 miles obviously it's not the best liquor it's a van the interior is functional but again it is the same material that came out of any Ford Focus or C-Max it works and the seats for how cheap the cloth is is not terrible to sit in the Driving Experience is not that bad either and the select shift is actually decent. Obviously it's a van there's a ton of space we fit a lot of people in it and the 2.4 4banger is enough for highway driving for a front wheel drive based vehicle it's fairly easy to work on. If you need a van to haul people or things around in I could recommend one of these vans

It is exactly what I was looking for and I like it. It is a short wheelbase with seating for 5 and it is very versatile, just what I was looking for.

Nice vehicle. My seats were the tan synthetic and look very dingy and are impossible to clean. Mileage was always 3 mpg worse than listed. There is a very harsh shift in mine from 4th to 5th on the highway sometimes. Not a smooth running vehicle. Little things, but no major faults.

So thankful for the service staff at Jack Ingram Nissan, they always go above and beyond for my family. We always look forward to seeing their smiling faces when we go in for service.

10/10 Can recommend, extremely straightforward, extremely easy going and the car was exactly as described. One minor flaw that they immediately notated would be addressed and fixed, these people are phenomenal.

Amazing experience, Matt is an impeccable, down to earth salesman, who made the whole experience easy, and comfortable, he is very knowledgeable, which helped instill confidence in the decision to purchase from them. And Andrew is also pleasant, and approachable, and really the whole team seems great! Never once did anyone come across as pushy or pressuring, and the whole process was relatively quick, and painless. They really put in the work to do their best to get you where you're looking to be financially. Ridgeview was the first stop, went to one other lot after, got bad vibes, and It was basically, "let's just go back to Ridgeview, and see what else they have." Vibes are important!! Especially when youre making such a big purchase!!! Ridgeview passed the vibe check immediately, we just weren't in love with the first car we checked out there, great car, solid, just didn't check all of our boxes.
