They understood what vehicle I was looking for and made the effort to find one they could give me a good deal on. My sales rep Vince followed up quickly with the questions and info I needed BEFORE I even had to come into the dealership so I wasn't wasting my time. It did take took two hours from when price was agreed upon until I was out of the dealer with car. Thats too long for paper work.
Major repairs to brakes, spindles, cracked boots, steering unit plus replacement of filters, oil change and wheel alignment done satisfactorily on 13 year old vehicle. Had to recently return twice to fix thumping in rear brakes. Replacement rear rotor surfaces were grooved and found to be the problem. Finally remedied. The repair facility isn't the least expensive but their service and repairs are reliable. Use them for both my Explorers.

Just bought a used 2014 F150. The dealership sold me a truck for a fair price over the phone and held it for me for a couple of days until I was able to drive from Maryland to get it. The sales lady, Marie, and sales manager, Joe, were friendly and not pushy which I appreciated. The truck itself was in better condition than I expected.

I had my up and down with going to this Nissan but I have been a customer for about 10 years now, I dealt with them from the sales side to service department side. I can honestly say my experience with Nissan this time was Excellent. The Service Manager Mark went above and beyond to help me every step of the way with my car issues and was very patient. I also would like to add that when the other service advisors were tied up with work Mike came out his office to come help assist me prior to interacting with him over and over about my car. the 10 years I been going there I have never seen a service manager come out and help someone when the service advisors was tied up and I would like to commend that. I would like to personally Thank the Tech Johnny for working on my car troubleshooting the electrical issues and getting it back up and running. Thanks to you all
