Used Ford Transit Connect for sale near Virginia Beach, VA

Recently got a vehicle from this dealership and I can tell you as an experienced car buyer, cars there are well picked, I looked what was out there at other places and it wasn't even close. The lady that works the office is awesome she is just on the top of everything.

I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

I hadn't had a Ford in years but I'm happy with my Transit Connect Wagon. Previously owned a Honda Element but the Connect has done its job.

Found the used Vehicle recommended by Consumer Reports and drove 3 hours to Va. Beach to purchase a 2014 Cadillac Escalade. This vehicle is perfect and worth every dollar saved for 3 years to buy. My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

We were pulling a 37’ camper when our check engine light came on in our Ford F150. We into the service lot, unannounced, with the whole rig behind us hoping to get advice on whether to turn around, drive ahead to our destination, or get a tow. Laura and Cody jumped right on it and did a diagnostic and repaired the whole thing while the trailer was still attached!! We were back on the road within an hour. Amazing customer service. We were already talking about a trade in for a 250 in the fall and now we know where we will go first! Thank you I much!!

We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.

Had a very good experience working with John and staff at Courtesy Auto Sales. People are very laid back with no real pressure to buy, although they make that process very easy. Walked away with a nice vehicle at a fair price, with a good interest rate and a fair value for my trade-in. I'd recommend giving them a visit when interested in purchasing another vehicle.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.
