I just wanted to say how refreshing it was to have a GREAT experience! I'm 68, and recently puchased a used vehicle from McGraw Ford. Not only did a I receive a good price, they bettered the offer I was getting with the financing, so of course I took their offer. But they went beyond that... within a day or two after my purchase,the vehicle developed a problem with the AC. I was worried that they would not make it good, but I was assured that it would be taken care of by Mike, the general sales manager. He is a man of his word. They replaced the AC compressor for me. I've purchased 43 cars in my life, and I genuinely say the friendliness, professionaism and overall expereince was at the very top of those 43 purchases. I highly recommend this dealership as a result of my excellent experience.

The car was mechanically sound, beautiful pearl/silver color w/leather interior (looked brand-new) and it was a used car. The most surreal experience of the year. After finding the car on TriCounty's website within 5 minutes, I called, quickly arrived at a deal and the next morning was in and out with the car with in an hour. It completely felt like was prepped like a new car, even had a completely full tank of gas (over 600 miles worth). When I came back shortly after to pick up and have the new plates installed, it was returned to me freshly washed (the salesperson even put on the Registration Sticker). Even had the Title ready. It shouldn't be that effortless and enjoyable ... should it. (in the middle of COVID for that matter)
