This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

It all started with Jessica answering the phone. She was awesome, answered all questions that I asked and was able to get me numbers from the sales manager. After that she set up an appointment so I could come in and test drive the car. I worked with Ken and Sharon while I was at the dealership. They were awesome. I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

We have six kids in this vehicle fits our family perfect. The gas mileage is better than you would expect. It definitely doesn’t ride like a luxury car. However why do you give up in some slight road noise you definitely make up for in convenience. It fits car seats well. And I’m 5 foot 11 and can easily move around inside.

I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen
