Thank you to Vlad for our beautiful jeep wagoneer! He spent time sending us videos and talked to us numerous times over the phone considering we couldn’t look at it in person. It is everything he said it was. Thank you!

Crafts CarsReviews
Crafts Cars review
I purchased a Chevy Spark from them today and got what I felt was excellent service. There was no sense of them trying to push add-ons on me (which I got the other time I bought a car) nor any sense of bloated bureaucracy, nor did I have any worries about the quality of what I was getting. Mike and Carin were friendly and professional, and quickly solved the few problems that came up. 5/5, would go again.
2019 Ford Transit-250 review
This cargo van met all my needs, plenty room in the cargo area, reliable driving, nice rear view in the driver and passenger mirrors and very big windshield.

My appointment went well as it usually does. My tech Matt is very friendly and helpful, and makes good conversation. You're not just a number. He is also extremely good at his job where your vehicle is concerned. This time the bill was not a lot.

Wiscasset Ford review
My experience with the dealership was excellent. They have a large inventory of vehicles to choose from. When I arrived, all of the salespeople were busy with other customers, however they allowed me to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and take it to lunch while the sale floor cleared. The purchasing process was excellent with all staff being accommodating, professional, and kind through the entire process. I like that their vehicles are priced right to begin with and that the process is streamlined in a way that does not waste time - other dealers tend to drag out the bottom line with many visits to the sales manager to work the best deal when they know at the onset if they can meet the bottom line deal. My salesperson, Jeff Allen, made this experience easy and seamless. I would definitely recommend Wiscasset Ford to friends and family based on my experience with them.

Haven't selected and purchased a car since 2008. Kaylee was enthusiastic and so knowledgeable. It was a cash transaction for me, but my BF was in the market for a Ranger, and he purchased at the same time. We knew exactly what we needed to do at all times. Can't say enough about the whole experience.
