This was my first visit to Nissan ever since moving to Fairbanks in’92.
The staff salespeople, service department and receptionist are extremely efficient and courteous.
I purchased a used suzuki from an individual in Fairbanks so my daughter can have a vehicle for her use in Anchorage.
Although I didn’t puchase the vehicle from their dealership, the only thing they wanted
to know was “How may we help you”. I wanted them to do a complete inspection of the vehicle. From the time I entered their facility and the time I left was one hour and thirty five minutes. This was without an appointment. The only thing they found was to replace the air filter, which I approved. I would highly recommend Nissan for their high quality of service to anyone. Ford and Chevrolet cannot even come close to Nissan’s quality of service. Yes I have dealt with Ford and Chevy in the attempt to buy “American”, and have done so, but to be truthful their “Quality Of Service” leaves a lot to be desired

I have bought 3 vehicles now. 2 from Eric Kim and one from John "Happy" Miller. They are the reason I come back to Stanley Nissan. They know their stock and aren't pushy. Happy even had my car delivered to my work so I didn't have to take time off to get it. When it comes time to buy another new vehicle down the road... I will defenately ask for them by name again!!! Thanks for another awesome experiance.
We had a rocky start with one of the sales people but the second team took care of us and explained everything very well and worked with us far longer than most would have. Mike Shultz was a rock star and helped by Harley, made a great team. I am very happy with my truck and my end result.
I arrived at the opening time for the service department. I was checked in by the quick service personnel for an oil change and tire swap out. Because there was a lot of vehicles being checked in it looked like I may not get my second vehicle in. When my first vehicle was close to being done I was told by service personnel that the rush had tapered off and I could get my second vehicle in. I called my to bring in the second vehicle. My first vehicle was ready when my second vehicle was being checked in. Iwas able to get both vehicles done the same day and in a very reasonable time. This dealership and service department is the best I have ever encountered.
Another new GMC purchase, again with excellent pricing and superb customer service. I remain a loyal customer with Lithia for two important reasons - the quality of the GMC product and customer focused professionals (knowledgeable sales professionals like Mike and Walt and the quality of the service team comprised of reception (esp.Shana) , parts (esp.Jeanie ) and all the maintenance (esp. Joe) and service folks. A total team focused effort for professional and caring customer service.
