Bought our 2016 Edge Titanium at a dealer 1 1/2 hours away from Grand Rapids. They suggested we use our local Ford dealer for regular maintenance. We went there looking to set up an appointment for an oil changer & tire rotation. They said they use first come first serve and at that time the bay was open and would take about 45 minutes. They also offer a complimentary car wash. We saw our car sitting in the parking lot; it looked clean........after an hour, we asked if there was a problem. Our paperwork had been misplaced. They apologized and did not charge us anything & gave us a punch card for a free service after 5 with the first punch already done. We couldn't be more pleased. It is very rare to find a business that will provide this kind of top notch customer service. We also have a 2011 Ford F250 Super Duty diesel truck that we'll bring here for service.
Ron responded to email after 3 days, granted it was over the weekend. Was given partial info on vehicle I was looking at. Went to test drive vehicle and discovered more problems than were disclosed and they were obvious such as odometer not working to verify mileage, sliding doors not fully operational. In all fairness he did tell me about the lift gate not opening. In my research the repairs needed would have been well over $1500 more than their asking price even though it was listed as is. Jeff the sales manager was apologetic for having to make such a long drive, however we told him we needed a road trip anyway.
All staff were very polite and helpful with everything. James was always in contact when he found a truck we were looking for. We told him what we wanted and gave us list. We tried out several and did finally find one that fit us. We are very pleased with our new truck!
