I bought my 2016 SE from Bloomfield and for a small compact car the quality is equal if not better than a Honda Fit. The car has climate control, heated seats, rides nice and handles great compared to luxury sports cars I've owned yet 1/4 the price. I love it and feel it's made well. Motor has timing belt and wish they used the Duratec motor in here but it seems strong. My dual clutch transmission is great, it is not an automatic with valve body,they shift like bmw m6 and other sports car and it works absolutely normal.

After a mix up with scheduling by phone and nearly an hour gone by without any contact from the service department, Andrew Knox stepped in and went above and beyond to fit the service on our vehicle in while making sure my infant son and I were comfortable and happy. He remained calm and personable, and stayed in contact through the remainder of the visit to let us know how things were going. He was even able to expedite new tires to be installed to go along with the alignment, oil change, and inspection we needed. Most impressively (and very appreciated!), he went out of his way to secure a loaner vehicle at no charge so my son and I could spend the afternoon at home instead of in the waiting room. My vehicle will be paid off soon. It seems problematic situationa are starting. I read about recalls for 2017 ford focus. I've received NO letters from Ford yet. There are several recalls for make. Model and year 2017.

I bought a leftover Ford CMax Energi plug-in hybrid 6 years ago. My only regret is, that Ford discontinued making this model. I was a Mopar man all my life, but I am now a Ford man. My CMax is the most satisfying car I have ever owned, and I will keep it until I die. It's a plug -in hybrid, so I can drive 1,000 miles from Philly to Tampa without sopping to charge the battery. One or two fill-ups for gas. And it has electric everything, so it's so comfortable to drive all day. I just wish I was younger, so I could enjoy it longer.

I bought my 2016 Cmax energi SEL in 2021 with 40k on it. After a year, I now have 60 k driven over the Rockies 3x and Cascades x2 and use it locally for drives from 40 to 70 km average. I use a 220 volt charger. The best mileage comes when the weather is between 15-20C. when I averaged 3.6L/100km. This is not the most fuel efficient hybrid, nor is it the worst, but bang for buck and enjoyable ride ...it's great! Driving in the city is best on electrical mode, sometimes I get +50 km on a charge, but mostly around 35 km. A tank of fuel, (55l) can last 800-1000 km of driving. Driving is fun! Very easy to pass other vehicles on the highway without worrying. Hard to tell when the vehicle shifts between electric and ICE. Lots of headroom and space for back seat passangers. I can pack the back with lots of stuff....yes..the battery takes up room, but I always get stuff in. Build quality is okay, noticed a few glitches in parts fitting together and I did have the AC wire harness fall apart. Bottom line....I love this car and it saved me tons of money in fuel costs

Bought this car used. Have had it a year. Better seating than my Mercury Grand Marquis. Reliable even in Northern Maine winters. Great heater, great handling. Dirt cheap to run! Quiet on the road.

Had the C-Max Hybrid for about a month, and overall it's been a joy to drive. A real all-purpose vehicle that routinely achieves 35-40 mpg in the city, the primary reason we sought it out was it's amazing visibility. Our 6'-5" teenager has not problem getting comfortable behind the wheel, and I've never driven a vehicle that has such great viewing angles - you almost feel too exposed while driving! The regenerative brakes are typically more sensitive than regular brakes, but overall I have only praise for this very versatile little car!

I love my car!! It’s fun to drive and gets great gas mileage. I have had it for 9 years and I have only had to replace a battery and get new tires! It’s a 5 speed, which I love! The only drawback is my husband is 6’1 so it’s kind of small for him, so no long road trips in my car! lol! But I am 5’2 and it’s a perfect fit. We are moving to Vermont and keeps telling me I need to trade it in for a 4wd, especially for snow and mud season. I just really do not want to give up my little car. I do want to buy a new Ford Bronco, so hoping since my Fiesta is paid off I can have both. It can be my summer car!! I have always had Ford Vehicles they never let me down!!

The RS is amazing! I got it new and now have 20k on it. It runs like the day I got it. I swap winters/tires/rims every winter and it's my daily driver in New Hampshire. The 18 has refined suspension compared to prior years. I absolutely love this car! The bang for the buck is truly great! That said, I waited until the mark-ups were taken down! I love the design and including the interior. Only complaint with interior is the front seats are a little too high and the words for the dash controls (heat, defogger, etc) are super small/hard to read. I still get looks and random thumbs up, which is a gas. So far, it's been completely reliable. I test drove it to the Golf R and Subaru STi and the RS won! I could not turn off the control traction on the Golf R and dummed down things, which I did not like and the STi just didn't put a smile on my face like the RS and the interior felt drab/ordinary. So far, 3 years into this RS, I still love it!

Really good car. Bought my focus 2 years ago, and it was amazing deal. Was by the far best deal on the lot. There was a Corolla on the lot, which was way older, had a higher mileage, and was $500 more. I said no way, stick it Toyota. I’m going American, and I am so glad I made that choice. My focus didn’t disappoint me at all, with a well designed well thought out interior design, and sporty exterior styling. Very comfortable and quiet ride. And impressive gas mileage. 37 MPG on the highway, and around town about 33. Awesome gas mileage, and it only costs me $50 a week for a full tank. Been pretty reliable, did have a few little transmission hiccups. But took it in and were soon fixed under warranty. Other than that, no other reliability problems to report in two years of ownership. Definitely recommend this car.

2014 Focus SE Hatchback bought in 2016 with 7500 miles. Its currently 2025 and 113k miles. The only repair issue was the TCM failure at 90k. I had to wait 3 weeks for the part to come in all the while unable to drive my only vehicle. Only other problem with this car is the heat shields have fallen loose and rattle. I have thought about replacing this car several times over the past 3 years. I've test driven many similar cars and haven't found any that drive much better. So I keep driving this car.

I went in looking for a used car, was introduced to Martin, I must say he was a gem to deal with, picked the car out on Fri, there was a little problem, Martin told me to pick the car up on Monday, when i got there i saw some long scratches that i missed, Martin had them taken care of immediately, He did a follow up after i got the car, but the most impressive thing was my car was state to have Bluetooth, it did not, Martin and his manager Jorge made it happen, an appt was made and i got it. Purchased a used 2018 with 35K miles in 2023. I now have 75K miles as it's a commuter car, about 90 miles a day. I average almost 41 mpg going from Pueblo to Colorado Springs and back. The CVT was a bit suspect when I first got it, but I think the driving has corrected the 3rd gear delay. The CVT is hands down better than my Altima. One year that car was gone, total junk.

This 2013 c-max hybrid has absolutely stood the test of time , unexpectedly driving excessive miles daily for years without having any mechanical problems, we did replace worn tires and always kept up with the recommended sevice maintenance by Ford. I am really impressed by this lil car. Now being sold to continue driving a hybrid car. I defiantly would recommend the c-max.
