The Mazda CX-3 proved to be the best value for my daughter's first car. I did extensive research, and while this is a smaller SUV/crossover than some of the other SUV's I researched, it has amazing safety ratings (an IIHS top safety pick) and the gas mileage can't be beat (27 mpg city, 32 mpg highway). Since we were looking at used cars, we were able to get a significantly newer vehicle with far fewer miles on it than other smaller SUV's we were looking at while still being assured that our daughter would be safe when driving it.
service performed as advertised, shuttle service provided. service rep was very knowledgeable, very personal. Scheduling my appointment on line was easy and convenient, asked for a call back and received one.

Great styling, interior design, comfort, performance, and reliability!!! Kills the competition in all categories as far as I’m concerned. Drive a lot of rentals around the country, my Mazda is awesome compared to its competition.
The service was suppose to include checking all fluids, tire pressure, and etc but instead the service writer asked if I wanted those things done (and that it would take more than an hour). Last I checked, it only takes a few minutes to check windshield washer fluid and make sure the tires are inflated perfectly. The service was originally for a factory recommended ???ECM Programming.??? My question, if you???re trying to improve your customer service, why wouldn???t you just perform a courtesy fluid check (after all you had the car for an hour)? Strangely, the R/O says it was performed

Lots of adjustable cargo space, great fuel economy and 10K mile oil changes give you a great alternative to a small SUV. I got 54 MPG on a mostly highway trip and 45 MPG in all city driving, much better than the EPA MPG rating.
I have had my car for almost a year and have had absolutely zero issues with NPVW. Matt is a very helpful salesman and was able to get everything together without issue and Ken is great to deal with when the car needs to be serviced. Great employees and no pressure atmosphere.

Quiet, responsive, intuitive, luxurious! I have had other SUVs before, but this one is by far my favorite! The interior like room is phenomenal, and the third row seats work well for the largest of men.
I first inquired online about a CPO Jetta that was on the lot and was in contact with Shawn. He was quick to answer any questions I had about the car, and was patient with me while I considered other options. Shawn was off the day I was able to come see the car, so I worked with Michael. He was able to answer most of my questions and help me along the process with great patience. When he couldn't answer a specific warranty question, he was able to get an answer from another staff member for me. As a fairly new member of the team, I hope to see him around for a while. He was also in contact via email after the purchase to see if I had any questions. I will note that the tire pressures were low and set off a tpms light the morning after purchase. A minor inconvenience, but should have been caught on final prep.

I shopped for several weeks until I found a 7 person SUV that I thought would have great value. After driving it for three months I am still thrilled. SE with Tech gives me more tech than I have been able to process. The apple car play with Waze is a great tool. Comfortable, quiet, extremely roomy and compliments all the time on exterior and interior appearance. Not a self driving car but with driver assist and all the safety features it is the next best thing. Oh and good mileage as well consistent 24-28 overall. easy access to 3rd row seat that actually has room to place your legs and is even comfortable for two adults.

The XC90 is a beautiful and functional SUV. There is plenty of storage space, seating is comfortable, and the large screen is very functional. The cameras are extremely helpful. I am so glad I purchased this car.

The best car buying experience ever. I ordered a white 2019 X3 and when it was already 3 weeks into production I decided I wanted to change the color to black. The dealership said no problem as we will put it in the showroom and we will sell it anyway. Next my car came in with the right color but incorrect trim. Again they stood behind their mistake and said no problem. They ordered me in a fresh vehicle and I received it within 3 weeks. My old car had depreciated in the process however both Mark K. my salesman and Nick D. the sales manager stood behind their word and worked everything out, gave me the same trade-in value and made sure they stood by the numbers originally quoted! They made the whole buying process extremely easy and their BMW genius Safe is amazing as well and spent a lot of time with me going over the vehicle. I could not have been more happier with my experience at this dealership. I found a pre-owned BMW 328i with low miles and a clean carfax report. It was a simple buying experience. I did most of the process before I even went to the dealership. This was my first time at this dealership and it was beautiful. Multi level with elevators so I didn't even have to walk up the steps. This was a huge benefit with my bad back and knees. Lastly, the general manager, Joe Serock even came out and said hello. All in all, great experience and I'd recommend this store to anyone I know. great highway car and spacious for family, particular tall children who do not complain about back seat accommodations. on highway, even with large v-8 engine i get close to 30 mpg.

Aubrey was an incredibly professional and honest salesman. I bought a 2016 A3 convertible premium plus package. While it is very stylish and pretty car. Inside there is no voice activation and Siri on apple phones gets shut off every time phone syncs to car . Also no power seats. It was A pricey car for the little options you get. Performance and style are the two big winners with this car.
Prompt and efficient service with full explanation of services to be performed and cost. Great waiting area and service. Good loaner - clean and explained vehicle options.

This car is a great hipster city car with lots of room in a small package. The ride isn't too firm but for someone older it may not be too great. The high entry point is very good and is relatively easy to climb in and out of. I am a person who likes cars with power and this has enough for the city and then some. The car has plenty of passing power during low speeds. If you are on one of Texas's long 85mph highways, then there might be issues. It gets decent gas millage and looks classy. A very nice car to drive and has a quiet interior.
Within six months the same exact serive cost jumped from $1600 to $2300, a 43% increase. This will deter me from buying another Audi. Bill was very nice to give me a $300 discount, otherwise it would have been 62% increase! Audi needs to seriously review their service costs policy in order to retain loyalty customers and attract new ones.

Compared to everything out there I am convinced it is the best value.
Drives like a range rover but better. Looks better than nearly all SUVs. 5.5 sec 0-60 and handles well.
