My car window got stuck in the lowered position and I dropped it off late in the afternoon, I was assisted by Alec & Tim and made arrangements for it to be looked at the following day. The next morning after the Technician looked at it and let me know what parts were needed I authorized the repair and they arranged a ride home for me. The next day when it was repaired they called me with the cost and a ride back to the Dealership to pick up my car. The repair and the customer service was excellent. Easy to work with and fast service! We had been emailing with salesman, discussed numbers, and set up a time to come drive a truck. We showed up, they had it ready and we drove it, financed, and were out in less than 2 hours. They did not try to hassle us, negotiate the original agreements we discussed before coming to see the truck, and they didn’t keep pushing when we said “no” to added warranties etc. Emil was great to work with and we recommend him to anyone! This was a vastly different experience than the nightmare we experienced with Huntley Ford in Illinois.
