Hi everyone! I just want to say that the entire transaction was super smooth and fast. I financed my vehicle through Wells Fargo and was able to get a very good interest rate and a great monthly payment. The car is for my wife, and she absolutely loves it! We had a 5-star experience from start to finish. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I visited to look at a 2013 Sonata and ultimately decided to buy a 2022 Palisade for my whole family. I am impressed by the courtesy and service they offer. It is on another level. I will strongly recommend them to any friends or family members. This is their new location, and the staff, vehicle selection, and prices are excellent.

2019 Ford Fusion review
Great first car in my opinion, I’ve had 2 fusions now. My second one 19’ SE ecoboost (current) does have its issues such as transmission problems that I’ve never had in my 16’ SE but it rides comfortably, looks good, very safe and puts down some good power for a 1.5 liter. When I got into my accident with the 16’ it was honestly not bad, solid hit but I barely moved and the car took the impact really well (airbags did not deploy) ford is really tough lol. I’m in love with this car and I hoping to transfer to fusion sport soon. Definitely a sleeper just wish it could look more aggressive

Michigan City Ford review
I ended up buying a 2019 Ford Fusion. I absolutely love the car. I would buy it again tomorrow. Ran into a few glitches on a few issues which I was confused about but they were promptly handled much to my satisfaction. My car was cleaned to perfection, received a complete checkup, oil changed at my request, met the service dept which I intend to use for all needs in the future. I met the General Manager Greg and my salesman was Blake who I highly recommend This was my first experience with Michigan City Ford and they will be my dealer moving forward for all future needs. I highly recommend Michigan City Ford, they go the extra mile. Patricia L Mason
2020 Ford Fusion review
I find it interesting that 3 years after the fusion went out of production people are still writing about how they like it and so it's very interesting Ford has not offered anything to truly replace it. The Mach e is way to expensive, and does not have the range. I love our Fusion, and at my age it will be my last car. I understand why Ford dropped the Fusion I just think it was the wrong decision. Other manufacturers saw that market and the opportunity ,ford said you can have it.

2018 Ford Fusion review
Have a 110k miles on my 2014 Fusion. It never breaks, just keeps going. Tires, breaks and oil changes that about it. Have the 2.0L Turbo with FWD. When I first got it I put 80k in the first four years but now I live close to work and don't put many miles on it. Out of the 8 years I have it had nothing has broken, beside two fender benders. Other cars I have sold after a few years but this one has been so good I kept it, I'm going to give it to my son when he is old enough to drive in a few years.

2019 Ford Fusion review
A 2014 and 2019 Fusion I’ve had. Still driving the ‘19. ‘14 was that great red color, Se but back then you could load it ( came like that ), An SE model with leather, moonroof heated seats - same as top of line except no Sony radio. Had a 2008 Audi A6 - this Fusion reminded me so much of the Audi, when pulling away has this heavy feel, almost as quiet as A6. almost as smooth- interior - we know who took that. My 2019 has 109K on it - really only one problem, check engine light came on - Oxygen sensor - tires, brakes battery, I read somewhere that Ford stopped it because they didn’t really make any money, the SUV craze. Simple car no problem. First new car for me was 1985 Toyota Corolla - 13 years and 235,000 miles when the head gasket went.

2014 Ford Fusion review
I owned this car for 9 years with relatively few issues. There were several minor recalls that were easily rectified at the dealer, but other than that, it was a reliable car, that was comfortable, and is still stylish. The interior controls are convenient and easy to use. It was fun to drive and had good acceleration.

I had an issue with my A.C,had earlier taken it to some mechanic but they couldn't fix it so I thought of taking it to Metro Ford. They were able to detect the problem after some diagnosis and the problem was eventually fixed. These guys have good customer service and their waiting area is really nice.
2016 Ford Focus review
I've had my 2016 Focus SE for 9 years this year & will drive it until one of us dies. I've never had a problem with it. It gets great gas mileage, is comfortable & roomy. I've hauled many things that others thought wouldn't fit but with the back seats folded down ...no problem. I would recommend a Focus to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle.

2019 Ford Fusion review
I have a 2019 AWD titanium with the 2 lt ecoboost. I hear bad things about the engine later but it hasn't been an issue at all. Bought it at 32k miles now at 62k after 4 years. Has been very reliable for me. Had to replace the tires, brake pads, and battery after 4 years but all that is standard wear and tear. Otherwise no issues at all except for one time when I needed to reset the console as it was stuck showing only the backup camera view. The equipment on the Titanium is exceptional. It really is as good or better than the top spec of many cars now in production in terms of equipment. I love the safety features and with the AWD it just can't slip even in torrential rain. This is important for me as where I live there are two or three lane regular roads that wind around quite a bit (with reasonable hills) but have a 55-65 mile an hour speed limit. Haven't tried it in snow but I imagine it will be equally good there. On dirt tracks its just fine even though it has limited clearance. Its basically a car for anyone. It's sporty enough that it can perform well (I have checked and the 0-60 is indeed around 6 seconds), however with AWD and all the safety features it works as a family car too and the Titanium spec is comfortable enough for a long distance cruiser and feels pretty luxurious. The 13 speaker stereo is also really nice for long journeys. The only bad thing about it is the fuel economy isn't great especially if you drive it sportily at all. But if, like me, you want a great all round car that you can on the odd occasion take to a track and not look completely stupid, this one is definitely fine and even the paddles respond fast.

2017 Ford Fusion review
The Ford Fusion SE FWD has proved itself to be a solid choice. It is reliable in stop-and-go traffic and is nimble enough to overtake other cars on highways. It is also quite comfortable, although the headrest is quite uncomfortably placed. The suspension absorbs most of the road's vibrations. When turned on at lower speeds, the motor can be louder than expected, but the transition between electric and ICE power is quite smooth. The design is aggressive, and it looks quite good. The car is also reliable, and parts aren't hard to find. The infotainment system, however, is not as sophisticated as expected, but not in a pleasant way. Overall, I would still recommend the car; it's practical, reliable, and nimble.

I absolutely love this car. One of the best investments I have ever made. This is the Third ford vehicle I have owned. Its got a really smooth ride. I love the safety features. I drove my Fusion from California to Ohio and back. I was averaging 725 miles to the tank. My only disappointment is that they no longer make the Ford Fusion Hybrids.

2013 Ford Sedan Police Interceptor review
Mine is the AWD 3.5 6-cylinder which I have owned about 2.5 years. Out-performs my 2004 Ford Mustang GT! Interior is spartan, BUT this is a police car after all. The ride is quite stiff, excellent handling. 26+ MPG if you stick to the speed limit on the highway. With a set of snow tires will go just about anywhere in winter. Even with the 6, has more power and speed than a Crown Victoria police package, of which I have owned many and is still my favorite. At times, though, I do wish it didn't stand out so much in traffic. Radio/info center is a major step-up from the Crown Vic's, and not too complicated, though at times it feels like there are too many buttons that can all do the same thing! Corrosion around the trunk lock is an issue Ford seems aware of, but isn't doing anything about.

Chicago Motors, Inc has a vast inventory of vehicles to choose from! Ted was very patient with me in the time it took for me to finally find the right SUV. It was well worth the time it took to research and compare the many, many options. CMI checks every vehicle from top to bottom before they list them. They all look like showroom new after they are mechanically tested and detailed. It was quite a fun adventure, especially on delivery day! Thank you so much CMI.

Chicago Motors Inc. review
Great quality vehicles, easy to work with salesmen and fast shipping, what you get is what is described and shown with the numerous photos and carfax provided. As a first time customer I was a little reluctant to buy sight unseen but there was no reason for that, I'm very satisfied with what arrived at my doorstep and within 2 days too, all the way to Buffalo,NY. The 2013 Tahoe looked and ran great, once again more than satisfied with what was shown and described to what I received. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from these guys ! Philip- Buffalo,NY
2013 Ford Sedan Police Interceptor review
Very strongly and durably built vehicle body, a tried and tested, durable engine (just that the water pump is the weaker part, but take care of it and it'll be gold forever). TONS of power (especially the 3.7 V6 - same engine as in Mustang) iAWD works like a charm during winter and is very safe, safer than few Subaru models! Police interceptors are not totally built for comfort, but the drive and experience is surprisingly comfortable. No overload of leather, no handmade stitching and all, because the point is to protect and serve! And it does so, BEAUTIFULLY !

Car drives really good, great experience with Moe. I was treated well, and he made it easy to get the car. I’m very happy and definitely recommend the dealer.

CarMax Grand Rapids (Kentwood) review
The 24 test drive experience was good. The person who helped us (Spencer I think) was very helpful. Non pushy sales made it easy to talk to everyone I met with Ultimately, the car smelled like cigarette smoke deeply and wasn’t for us. I do wish that would have been mentioned to us before driving
