This is my 2nd Escape in 12 years. I drive for a living and I love feeling safe on the road. I've had no problems with this car. I personally have put over 400,000 miles on it in just 4 years. Take care of your car, and your car will take care of you.

This has been the best vehicle I've ever owned and the best Mustang I've ever owned. We will have put 15,000 miles on it soon and I am looking to buy a second one.

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

My favourite car ever. Great inside and out. The rear wiper is perfect as are the front wipers, although it's easy to accidentally activate them. You'll need to adjust your seat for a perfect fit, bit once you find it, it's great. The bank seat could use more legroom, but otherwise it's great.

Nice clean waiting area, wish is was more separate from Sales area. Service writer was easy to worth with as well as Parts Dept tech. Overall everything g was ok, car still whistles using fan on high which was one of my complaints and wish they washed my car like the last dealer did each time I had service.

I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

As always the people It's Ford did their usual exceptional job. Marty ,my service advisor was most efficient, personable and helpful with no silly up charges. Service done in great time despite their busy time. I am a loyal customer.

Always loved ford. Had two rangers which were gas pigs but they would go through any cold Canadian winter with ease. Had a jeep which gave me not alot of issues but one major electrical issue. Got rid of it and got my bronco. I absolutely love it. Great in the snow and the look of them is just beautiful.

Exceeded my expectations, Andy was timely, thorough and personable. He kept me informed and was clear with the quote to do the repair. He also offered for me to call me for follow-up in a couple of days.

Service was excellent but I was surprised of the $8.51 fee to write a service request. I Mean I did it online, also the billing doesn't really breakdown the labor.

Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

I bought this car brand new for $15,800 and this has been an absolutely great car now !06,000 miles and it still runs great. Only a couple of repairs. during that time. I have gone across the country several times.

Stopped by to replace my Explorer Sport Track. I've been looking between a Ranger and the Escape (I really didn't need another truck). Cam let me drive both, and encouraged a long enough test drive to experience the car. I ended up with a new Escape Titanium that they had to get elsewhere. No hassels, no problems, and the car was with a couple days. This is our second car from them, and their maintenance for my wife's car has always been outstanding.

Been a great vehicle very few issues other than catalytic converter which was replaced under warranty at 79K miles. I drive a lot for work no issues

I have a 2013 ford escape se awd and just eclipse 213,000 miles !! Escape is still running strong! Had to do normal maintenance and enjoyed owning this car

The service clerk I worked with was courteous, and clearly explained repairs my vehicle needed. I had to wait 2hrs for a routine 40k maintenance visit, which I had a scheduled appointment for. This would have been more tolerable if the waiting area was more comfortable and the caf� was open.

Overall ratings are awesome. Very good vehicle's!! Styling exterior design, turbo engine good gas mileage. Comfortable seats heated. Good size cargo area. Reliability, good value reputation.
