We had a GREAT experience buying a used Mini Cooper Clubman recently. The car was even better in person than shown in the online pictures. Ryan was fantastic to work with and took care of us like family. He even waterproofed our temp tag so it wouldn't get wet or run in the rain. Financing was very straight-forward and up front about everything. We were in and out in a little over 2 hours and that was with the test drive and trade. We'd purchase there again, and that's the best compliment I could give!

Overall, I think the Camry Nightshade is a great car if you want something reliable, stylish and comfortable for daily driving. The blacked-out wheels and trim give the car a sleek and sporty look that makes it different from a regular Camry. The car rides smooth and comfortable and does very well on the highway. It's spacious and the seats are comfortable.

10/10 experience with Kelly Whitten when buying my 2025 Gt Line k5. Kelly worked hard to get me into the car I wanted and went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of in a timely manner. I was able to communicate with Kelly back and forth all day while I was at work. He got the deal done. I forwarded him some items and came in to sign and pick up the car and was there for a total of 20 minutes and that was with Kelly going over all the features of the car as well. The lady in finance was great too! She didn’t push me into buying gap or an upgraded warranty. She explained it all to me and then let me decide. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful. I bought this truck used from the dealer. It was used as a rental and had 49,000 miles. The interior was like new. The exterior had normal wear as a truck would. The dealer did paint touch-ups for me, which was extremely nice of them. We had been working together for months to get me into the right truck. The first week I had it, I drove it a few hundred miles over the weekend to pick up my 30-ft travel trailer, and it pulled it home with no issues. Great power, everything worked as it should with no problems whatsoever. It is still working and running great. No matter what vehicle you buy, used or brand-new, it's not perfect. Sometimes you get lucky. I have had vehicles that are lemons, and one like my Ford Explorer Sport that ran great for over 20 years. Hopefully, this RAM will do the same.

Beautiful, reliable, one of the best looking trucks on the road today. 5 years of ownership. Had no mechanical or any other issues, just your regular oil changes. RAM had a couple of recalls, but those always have bee taken care of by RAM. I do recommend this truck.

I'm posting my review on multiple rating sites. This branch in Herrnstein in Waverly is wonderful. We had chosen a car via cars.com and decided to see this one. We drove 2 hours to get there, knowing that the truck listing might not be what we wanted Well the truck fit the bill, we set up financing easily, and we were on the road. Staff members stopped over to thank us for purchasing from the business. We highly recommend Hernnstein in Waverly. By the way, my review is legit. I did clip a photo of the listing.

The only problems I’ve had were computer issues and battery problems. Hyundai took care of my concerns and replaced my battery and updated my computer. I have 30,000 miles on my car and I LOVE IT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HYUNDAI PALISADES to anyone looking for a luxury and a dependable car.

Love how the Service Department takes care of my car! They are fast and make suggestions that really help me plan to prevent issues. The staff is courteous and helpful, always checking in on me while I wait in their comfortable lounge and they keep me in the know if something comes up. I have had great experiences each time I have gone over the last two years for service. I will know where to shop when it’s time for a new car!

Love my 2020 Accord EX-L...very roomy and it has a very comfortable interior. It has a few things missing that surprises me on an EX-L trim such as courtesy lights in the doors. Honda has the knockouts but no wiring harness. The lights are only available on the most expensive Touring model which is ridiculous as this is a $20 item. Honda also has chosen to not have the lights on the trunk light up when you hit the brakes...they are only reflectors but do light up on the Touring model. I HOPE AND PRAY THAT MY PAINT DOES NOT CHIP OFF LIKE IS HAPPENING ON SO MANY HONDA'S. I had the paint chip off the car on my 2008 Civic and on the roof of my 2014 PIlot. Of course Honda takes no responsibility for this even though its happening to countless Honda customers across many years and models. They have already chosen to remove the sunroof as standard on many Pilot models as well.

I bought a 2019 Tacoma with 89k. So far performance is fantastic and can definitely experience the quality build. This has made me skeptical of the reviews about poor engine build and transmission problems like hunting for gears. Can't pretty much dispel the proven track record of the 2019 as one of Toyota best build of the year. As for the transmission, it is still the best performing and reliable 6 speed transmission as compared to the other brands with high failure rates. One of the reason I stick with Toyota because I once had another brand manufacturer bought new and as soon as it hit over 100k, transmission problems or some solenoid problem. As for the engine, the dealer even included a lifetime engine warranty. That just tells me, they never expect the engine to fail. the review with the engine knocking sounds like an another brand car. it just doesn't happen to a toyota.

the forester sport is very reliable get 26 mpg on most of my daily commutes. Drives great in the winter (even though I have the same tires they came with). Traveling in it on road trips are great, 31 mpg using the cruise control and lane assist. It's not a very fast SUV but it honestly worth it. I tend to speed, but it's not something that actually bothers me. I was worried it would be too sluggish. I picked the forester for my road trips, and extra stuff I drive with.

We wanted another dodge Durango, until we drove a Pacifica, we love it and would recommend to anyone, it handles better than our Mercedes or jaguar

I just love everything about my 2021 80th anniversary edition G/C! I purchased new but now has 81000km. So much enjoy all the style comfort with no issues. So much more reliable and better looking than the new body style that was released later in 2021.

We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2016 is a good yr since there is limited electronic safety features. Truck has excellent ride, is quiet and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 liter V6. My F150 has a 36 gallon tank and I've gotten over 1000 miles per fill up.

My Sorrento has nice styling...is comfortable..get good gas mileage which in this Era is important...love how it is equipped with navigation, heated seats,fold down third seats. This size is perfect for my wife and I and extra room for picking up guests at the airport or bringing groceries home. I would have liked a little more power for getting up to speed in traffic and getting on the highway. All in all I'm very happy with this SUV

Eight years in my Ford truck. I love it. I looked at GM trucks (Chevy & GMC), still nowhere nears as comfortable as a Ford. Yes I’ve had all the known issues but carried warranties for my truck so transmission has been overhauled. Cam phasers twice (Covered by Ford one and Warranty 2nd time). Just overhauled the front end (bushings, control arm assembly, etc…). Truck still runs like new and rides even better now than when I bought, she is finally broken in and I love my truck. For taller drivers like me, Ford is way to go. Ford has more cabin space than any other truck out there. Ford trucks have the best styling and more towing capacity than anything else in the mkt. Next truck will either be a Raptor or F-250 super duty.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership. My salesman was Levi. He was great! Started it as aquatintance, but became a friend. Always professional but always warm. I have physical limitations and Levi and the whole Herrnstein staff happily worked around those and accommodated those limitations. If you want kind and courteous treatment, this is the place to go! I have a 2023 challenger gt and used to have the 2014 sxt. I loved the sxt but the gt is my baby. Love this car.

been buying dhevy trucks since 1976 was my 1st truck, now i got a 2022 silverado with a 6.2 last Feb. of 2023,kicked up the computer kicking out 454 horse power to the wheels, still waiting on my tow mirrors dont make the wiring harrness for my modle is the only problem im having with this truck, will never buy any other truck.

It is a great car, my uncle drove it in the west hamptons in New York to the beach. Very fun when the roof is not there.

Since I've owned it, so far so good. I like my truck and I appreciate it everyday. A little bit of shaking in the steering at high speeds but I'm not concerned with it. Overall, pretty great.
