Exceptional service. Recently, I purchased 2 vehicles from ECarOne in Plano TX.  My experience with ECarOn from my Sale advisor Dau Nguyen to Ash Osman in Finance was smooth and painless.   I communicated with Dau a few times regarding the Price of these cars and Trade in values, approx a week before we drove from Houston area to Plano.   Dau was very courteous, professional, straightforward and gave me a fair deal on the trade in.  I felt comfortable enough to drive 3.5 hrs to see him.  Once we arrived at the dealer, cars were in front ready for us to test drive.  With Dau's help, we were in and out with the new cars in a very short time.   We got two beautiful and in almost brand new condition cars, a 2021 Maserati GranLusso Levante for myself and a 2024 BMW X1 for my daughter.  Ash was easy to deal with, he did not hassle me into something I dont want and gave me a good deal on the extended warranty which I asked for.   I found my car dealer in TX now, and I will be back in the future.  I strongly recommend Dau Nguyen and ECarOne if you are looking for used luxury cars in great condition at good prices.

I rarely take the time to review products or services; however, after my terrific experience with Five Star Hyundai of Macon Dealership, I decided to share my experience. Early this summer I started the process of looking for a vehicle. I looked online, talked to online managers, and took the time to visit several other dealerships before visiting Five Star. It quickly became a very exhausting and frustrating experience. However, once I decided to view the inventory at Five Star, and much to my surprise, the process changed when I met John Kosater, the salesman. He was charming, friendly, and more importantly, knowledgeable and worked hard to deliver a deal I could not refuse. The entire atmosphere at the dealership lacked the intense pressure I found at other places. The entire staff, Reggie Thompkins in finance, the manager, and all staff made the process easy. I would highly recommend this dealership.

I bought my car G80 here when it was Pugi ,and I had service issues with GPS. I was begging to think I made a mistake buying a Genesis. Since Castel took over, they had some issues in the transition. The sales staff is incredibly helpful but there’s one guy who stood out to me he was tall had curly hair & a beard. I don’t remember his name but I heard someone calling him Izzy. He was very respectful and you could tell he has a strong work ethic, that guy definitely deserves a promotion. I always see him working so hard at the dealership.
