Decided to test drive a Kona SE 2 days ago on a whim. I had researched trade in value for my low mileage Honda as well as rebates offered so I was prepared. The dealership was very busy but I was never neglected and constantly informed of the status of the sale. I had a such a wonderful experience purchasing my 2021 bmw x6 in January. I had no plan of getting the car I thought I was going to experience another rude salesman’s so I was just going to see it in person and really didn’t want to talk. I was totally wrong. Raj helped me lease for the first time. I selected the 2026 Crosstrek for its simplicity and safety features. I didn’t need anything fancy. Just a car that can get me to & from work. The great deal being advertised at the time was also a big draw. I needed a car quickly and had to go through the process as a solo female. I didn’t feel like I was being rushed into anything or being force fed gimmicks. Raj took time to settle my worries and allowed me time to consult my family members.
