my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. AMAZING!!! Everything was so nice. A few standout people: Nick, Mike, Emani, Andrews. From the time I got there, Nick made sure I was ok didn’t need anything and the person I needed to see, saw me. Emani had been working with me prior to arriving at Hyundai, got me approved before I arrived, stayed on top of things and great communication. Mike made sure I did inspection, test drove, all paperwork done and didn’t let up until I drove off in my 2026 Elantra! Andrews, thoroughly explained every little thing and listened to all my questions and concerns!

Hey, HQ Hyundai. My wife and I drove up here from Winter Park after being given a hard time from a local dealer there. Chris took care of the matter (a defective oil sensor), had the shuttle driver drop us off at a restaurant and had the job finished before dessert. The job was done at a lower price than WP and two hours sooner than expected.

My recent service experience with BMW of Carlsbad in addition to my previous service experiences have been very positive. The service advisor was professional and explained everything clearly to me. There were no hidden charges or surprises and the service I received was top notch.

Re: Sales Experience Karrie is out of this world. She is customer driven to no ends. I wanted to purchase a 2022 Veloster N out of state from their dealership. Karrie returned my call quickly, answered all of my questions, and then provided super helpful information that I didn't think of. She kept me up to date as things progressed, and quickly alerted me when I needed to do something.
